Based upon the customer service from the old hotel. Those who demeaned me, when and after I followed their direction? I was met with hostility and a "Good Job" by TIMMY (TIM) who mocked me and gained support from Tuki Heaps the GM of this housing organization under a Timeshare company. I was actually demeaned by a woman who works on the weekend, and claims or is a medical assistance in Heber, Utah! LOOK OUT before checking in. It seems good. But why pay that much for the insulting engagements from a very unprofessional staff, and all whom lack professionalism, as accustomed. I was told by Tuki Heaps, I better book online because tomorrow was her day off, and she does not want to be disturbed. Something, I sought when checking in."

"Great location, restaurant and bar were perfect, hot tubs, pools and wet/dry saunas to relax after your travels. Rooms are modern and clean. Allowed us an early check in and late check out!!! A+ 5*"

"Beautiful property with lots of space, walking distance to a lift even though it was closed when we were there. It was super easy to catch the buses and travel all around park city. Overall a great stay and we would definitely return!"

"It was cold. They didn’t turn the heat on until 4:00 p.m. I never use extra blankets. This time I used 2. The hot tub was fine, but the air was cold as they did not close the outside part. The light switches were really difficult to figure out. Probably will not stay again. Clean enough. Bed was comfy. So not all bad. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and all necessities were provided… toilet paper, laundry detergent etc. Easy communication w the owner. Crystal, the housekeeper, also did some grocery shopping for us which was great so that we were already stocked when we arrived. Free bus right in front that can get you anywhere you need to go. Would stay again for sure. "
