    Private Covered Hot Tub

After a day on the mountain, unwind in the private six-person hot tub on the covered patio. Available year-round, it's a comfortable gathering space even during snowy Park City evenings.

    Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two living areas, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and private covered hot tub.

    **Parking**
    Private parking accommodates two vehicles:
    - One vehicle in the garage
    - One vehicle in the driveway, directly behind the garage space

Parking is tandem, so the driveway vehicle must be moved when the garage vehicle needs to exit. Groups arriving with three or more vehicles should plan accordingly.

    Ski & Snowboard Storage
The garage and entry area provide space for ski and snowboard equipment. There are no dedicated ski lockers or boot warmers.

    The Neighborhood:
The Lowell House is located at 1190 Lowell Avenue in Old Town Park City, a 3–5-minute downhill walk from the Park City Mountain Village base area.

Park City Mountain welcomes both skiers and snowboarders, making the location especially practical for groups traveling with both. Nearby Deer Valley Resort is skier-only.

Historic Main Street is approximately a 10-minute walk, with restaurants, independent shops, galleries, and the Egyptian Theatre.

In summer, enjoy access to hiking, mountain biking, and seasonal Park City Mountain activities, including the Alpine Coaster when operating. Main Street also hosts seasonal events and the Park Silly Sunday Market.

    Getting Around:
    **Skiing & Snowboarding**

Walk approximately 3–5 minutes downhill to the Park City Mountain Village base area. No vehicle or shuttle is needed to reach the resort.

    **Historic Main Street**

Approximately a 10-minute walk to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The return includes uphill sections typical of Old Town Park City.

    **Free Public Transportation**

Park City's free bus system connects Mountain Village with Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and other local destinations.

    **Parking**

Two private tandem spaces are provided: one in the garage and one in the driveway. The driveway vehicle must be moved to allow the garage vehicle to exit.

    **Airport**

Salt Lake City International Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car in clear conditions. Allow additional travel time during winter storms.

    Other Things to Note:
    **Important Property Details**

    - Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
    - Bedrooms: 5, including 3 king suites and 2 bunk rooms

    **Winter Ski Access**

The Lowell House is a walk-to-ski property, not ski-in/ski-out.

Experienced skiers may have a conditions-dependent ski-back option toward Lowell Avenue via Kings Crown. The route is ungroomed, unsuitable for beginners, and not guaranteed. Walking to Park City Mountain Village is the primary ski access option.

Travel insurance is recommended. Please review the house rules and parking arrangements before arrival.

great place for big groups

Very nice property in a nice location. Since we were a group of all adults, it was a little disappointing to have two of the five bedrooms be all bunk beds. Kitchen is well appointed.

Overall

The house was smaller than we thought it would be per VRBO online pictures. Bedrooms and bathrooms were small and tight for 12 people! We also were frustrated with the high VRBO fee we were in aware of- we had a LOT of fees through trip and VRBO. Overall we enjoyed our visit thanks to the town, location, and the company we were in!

Wonderful time in the mountains

Park City iTrip provided me and my family the perfect spot to spend our weekend for our first trip to Utah. First and foremost, I would like to commend them for their communication. They preemptively messaged us informing of some potential road closures due to construction before we arrived. Luckily, there were no issues, but we were prepared because they let us know. Also, any questions we had about the area were promptly answered and they provided quality suggestions on activities to do. The home was very nicely updated, spacious, clean, and well equipped for a comfortable and elevated stay. Bonus points for the hot tub and a great location! Included use of the garage was a big plus as well. Our car was never baking in the sun! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and look forward to coming back!

A Memorable Weekend!

Our weekend stay at this home was a delightful experience overall. The house's wood character and convenient 3-minute walk to the ski slopes and shuttle service set the stage for a memorable mountain retreat. Pros included flexible early check-in and late check-out (with advance notice), a well-stocked kitchen, family-friendly gathering spaces, and comfortable sleeping quarters. The invigorating hot tub and abundance of towels added to the appeal. However, there were some cons, such as a toilet paper oversight (though they offered reimbursement), a delayed check-in due to maintenance, and parking challenges leading to two friends getting towed. Despite these issues, the property management team's responsive communication and efforts to address concerns contributed to an overall positive experience. If planning a ski weekend, this home offers a charming setting and convenient location.

Early Christmas Vacation

We had a great stay here! Quick and helpful communication before we arrived. Check-in was seamless. The house was perfect for our group (ranging from 12 to 76 years old), everyone had their own space. We really enjoyed the main living room with the fireplace and the younger ones enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The house is very close to the downtown area and very clean. I would highly recommend a stay here!!

Great Place

Great place walking distance from the main ski village and from downtown Park city. Three levels, lots of beds, great hot tub, perfect for a guys ski weekend, a little rundown, not sure our wives would’ve loved it, but overall fantastic stay. Very flexible with check in and checkout.
