Perfect for 3 couples or 3-generation family reunions, it features an open kitchen, private bathrooms in all bedrooms, and a master bedroom with its own large deck.

You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

3 Bedroom 3 1/2 Bath Condo, close to most amenities, skiing, Sundance venues

Our home is nestled within approximately 1 mile or less of everything that draws people to Park City. It is good for 3 couples or 3-generation family reunions.

Large open floor plan on main floor, with fireplace to welcome you, glass doors which open to the large deck to view MacLeod Creek and wildlife; dining room, family room, living room, washer and dryer in laundry room, a complete, open kitchen for entertaining and lots of seating and large TV for viewing football, movies, etc. Spacious bedrooms all with private bathrooms, 2 with walk in showers, 1 bedroom w fireplace and large TV's in 2 bedrooms. The Master has a large deck from which to watch the stars.

Our residential neighborhood is located right behind The Peaks Hotel. The free shuttle bus, which is less than 100m away, takes you to the base of ski resorts in 10 - 15 minutes. The city bus, 1/2 block away will take you to shopping, dinning, theatres for Sundance Film Festival venues, PC Main Recreation Center for swimming, work outs, etc. All of these are less than 1 mile away. There is a park for children in 1/2 block. The PC Golf course is less than 1/4 mile away. The bike/pedestrian trail that goes the expanse of PC is 1/2 block away and there are city electric bicycles for rent. The elec. car outlet in the single car garage is 240V 50 AMP. There is extra parking available.

When you rent your condo you will be given a code to access the condo. I will be available by text or phone. My son lives in Park City and he will be available to help you if you need anything that is not serviceable by my phone call.
