About this property

Betty - Perfect in Central location and room for 2 families!

  • 4 Bedroom (2400 sf) Townhouse with views of the ski runs and the surrounding mountains. We are located across the street from the Park City Golf Course, 1.3 mile from the Park City Mountain Resort and Downtown Park City restaurants, galleries & shops.

    Main floor features a full kitchen with new appliances and granite counters, a dining area, living room with gas fireplace a deck with a private hot tub to enjoy after a long day of skiing. The laundry and a powder room are also on this level. Dining area has seating for six to eight at the table and three at the kitchen island. The hot tub is out back on the patio, which faces McLeod Creek. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, and 1 downstairs.

    Master – King bed, TV, walk-in closet, bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower, double vanity, balcony with fantastic mountain views
    Second – Queen bed, TV, adjoining bathroom
