From your front door, it’s an easy stroll to a variety of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, or you can hop on the free Park City transit system with a stop just steps from the complex. Whether you're here for a ski getaway or a summer retreat, this location puts you right in the heart of it all.
Inside, this silver-rated Park City vacation rental welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen, open dining space, and a comfortable living room—all located on the main level along with a convenient half bath. Upstairs, the layout offers flexibility and privacy with two enclosed bedrooms and a separate loft bedroom. The first bedroom includes two twin beds, the second offers a king bed, and the loft features a twin-over-full bunk bed—comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. One of the upstairs bathrooms is shared between the first bedroom and the loft area, while the second bedroom enjoys its own private bath.
Guests will appreciate complimentary Wi-Fi, central air-conditioning for warm summer days, and the functional layout designed to accommodate both rest and relaxation. Community amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool (opened during the Summer; closed Fall and Winter), a year-round community hot tub, sauna, shower and changing facilities, an on-site laundry room, and covered carport parking for added convenience.
Park Avenue #268-1829 is available for nightly rentals during the winter season. Guests check in through our easy Direct to Condo process, which requires completion of a pre-registration form prior to arrival to receive your personalized access code. Housekeeping services are not included but can be purchased in advance for a fee through our Guest Services Office.
