Welcome to this Cozy Bear Hollow Village Condo conveniently and centrally located near Interstate 80, Kimball Junction, Utah Olympic Park, Canyons and Park City Mountains, Whole Foods, WalMart, Outlets Park City, and other shopping.
This clean and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 8, with two of the bedrooms having queen size beds and the third bedroom having double bunk beds!
The outdoor balcony featuring a gas grill and seating overlooks a scenic wetlands preserve area.
This condo includes reserved parking in the underground heated garage. The condo is conveniently located on the plaza level, just one floor up from the garage level, and very close to both the elevator and stair access to the underground garage.
A hot tub dedicated to the condo's building is just steps away from the front door. The clubhouse features an outdoor pool and hot tub as well as a fitness center and is just a short walk away.
This property includes DirectTV Satellite TV and BluRay/SmartTV players and High Speed Wi-Fi. There are flat screen TV's located in the living room as well as each of the two bedrooms with queen size beds.

Top notch communication and property was just as shown in the listing which was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the hot tub after ski days on the mountain. I would definitely stay again and also recommend this property to others.
We were very happy with the condo and the amenities. Our family had a nice stay over Christmas. We were especially happy with our host as she made the extra effort to make sure we had a Christmas tree.
Great location and everything you need for your stay
Our stay was great with everything we needed for our group of 6 adults in the kitchen, bathrooms and throughout the condo. Often places do not provide enough towels, starter supplies or cooking / dinning items...not here, we had enough for everyone and everything! The location was perfect for our skiing, although we did decide to drive to the parking lots rather than walk the 10 minutes to the bus stop. The underground parking and storage locker made this so easy! Plan on coming back!!
The condo was in a great location, very close to the Olympic park and museum. It is also very near grocery stores and the outlet mall. The garage parking was great and we used the large carts to move groceries up the elevator to the condo. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked. Everything was as described. There were a couple of small glitches with appliances and Nicole addressed those issues quickly and compensated us for the small inconvenience which I really appreciated.

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect location and great amenities! Nicole made our stay even better with all the amenities in the apartment. The kitchen amenities really surprised us and included everything you would have in your own home (even a roasting pan!). We were able to have a traditional Thanksgiving meal without having to buy any extra utensils!
Perfect location for skiing at the Canyons and minutes from downtown.
Very quiet complex, felt like we were the only ones there even with a family above us. The garage is heated as well, we had our 80 yr old mother with us and moved easily with comfort from the car to the apartment with an elevator steps away from the garage to the unit.
We look forward to coming back!!
Really nice condo, extremely well equipped, good location.
Nicole's condo is extremely nice, with beautiful and comfortable ski resort style furnishings. We only had 4 of us, but this three bedroom condo can easily and comfortably handle 8 people. The amenities were excellent (lots of Kuerig cups, teas, apple cider, sponges, paper towels, dish soaps, tons of clean towels and extra blankets, dishes and pans , you name it) - there was nothing missing. The instructions were super thorough about everything with tons of photos. The condo is well situated near Kimball Square and a 5 minute drive to the Cabriolet Gondola at Park City. Our kids all commented that this was the most comfortable and well equipped condo we had ever stayed in. Nicole has obviously put a lot of thought and planning into maintaining her condo and does a great job. Highly recommend her property.

This condo is in a great location. It’s easy 10 minute drive to get to Park City mountain and downtown Park City. Unit was very well furnished and well stocked. We had all the things we needed for our stay. The heated parking garage was a nice bonus and made for easy loading and unloading with 3 kids. We would stay in this area again in the future.
Second year in a row we’ve stayed at this property. It’s very close to the Canyons ski resort cabriolet. Very convenient to shopping and dining. The condo is well appointed, has covered secure parking, fast internet, and very responsive owner. Our family included two adults and 4 children ages 6-17. Look forward to next year’s stay!
We use VRBO often. This host (Nicole) out performed any stay we have ever had. The house had all the staples, spices, paper products, coffee and clean towels one could ask for. My daughter left her ear buds there and Nicole's cleaner was nice enough to mail them back. Place was great 10 stars!!!
The condo was convenient and location as well as entry. The heat of garage was great for days when it snowed. The condo itself was oddly warm. Even when it was -20 outside, it did not get cooler than 72 even though we had turned the thermostat down. The living areas are smaller than they appear in the pictures so a little tight for six people and grown-up ass bodies, but not the end of the world. We had a great time. Lots of great cooking supplies too.
We were two couples who have stayed in numerous rental properties. The Cozy Bear Hollow is by far one of the best properties we have stayed at. The overall experience was above & beyond- From the booking experience , the clear communication leading up to our stay, the well equipped kitchen (extra coffee/ Keurig pods, extensive spices, plenty of soap, sponges, sharp knives), plenty of towels, blankets, garage parking access, and a bbq on the deck. If you are skiing at Canyons it is about a 5 minute drive to the parking lot & equal distance to shopping at Kimball Junction. I would highly recommend this for either two couples or two families with kids who could all bunk in the bedroom with four total bunks. Enjoy your time!
The property was close to downtown Park City and easy to access from the interstate. The facility provided easy access and I'm sure parking in a garage would be enjoyable for those who visit during the winter :)
We spent part of a week with friends. Lots of room for kids. Portable ACs for every room if you need it in the summer. We just opened the windows and it cooled down nicely.
Well apportioned kitchen.
Nicely stocked with towels, shampoo, soaps, etc.
Would stay here again.
Driving tips:
1) it has a confusing entrance to the development in the dark. Don't go into the snydermill camp entrance.
2) the unprotected left hand turn towards kimball junction can be hard during the rush hours. A local told us to follow the road in the development towards park city itself and there's a light which makes the left possible. It doesnt add any time as you're not waiting for a gap that never happens.
We enjoyed our stay. The rooms and beds were comfortable with plenty of supplies. Swimming and activities were favorites for the kids. The communication with the owner was perfect, literally within seconds of texting. Thanks Nicole.

Our family enjoyed our two week stay. Every item needed from kitchen appliances, pods for Keurig, laundry soap, etc. Would be sure to book for any future trips.
Our first time visiting Utah, we spent a fantastic week at Bear Hollow Village, in this quaint and practical accommodation neighboring Park City, the Olympic Park (must visit!) and less than five minutes to neighboring grocery stores and shopping! While the local ski area was closed, it was not a short scenic drive to the low and high cottonwood valleys where we skiied Alta, Solitude, Snowbird and Brighton with great conditions! On the off days, visiting SLC, Antelope Island, Heber Valley were all eventful and entertaining! Nicole the owner keeps her place fully stocked with everything one needs to live, the appliances are modern, and a nice touch to have coffee (k cups), cleaning supplies, ingredients for cooking and the like so you don't have to go out and buy these! She was on point with logistics and responding to messages and also came to the rescue when we accidentally left our remotes from our DVD and Audio players after we left. If you want a lovely place to stay and confidence that you will be taken care of, rent this place!
Communication with the owner was superb. We encountered a glitch on arrival and this was rectified immediately. The unit accommodated 2 adults and 4 kids ( ages 5-16) very comfortably. Two rooms have queen beds, one has two sets of bunk beds. The unit was clean and very well appointed, with many little extras. The location is about 5 minutes from Canyons and 15 from Park City. Very close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Underground reserved parking spot was great. The development is off the main road, so driving to the slopes is necessary.
