The free Park City shuttle stops just 128 feet away, with Deer Valley Resort 0.9 miles and Historic Main Street 1.1 miles. In summer, the community lake is steps from the door for paddleboarding, swimming and time on the sandy beach.

With two king rooms, a bunk room and a sleeper sofa, the condo suits families and groups of up to 10.
