150 Feet to the Slopes

Ski To Condo Walk To Main Street! This condo is located two short blocks up the mountainside from Old Historic Main Street (where all the shops and restaurants are). It is a true ski in ski out to Park City Mountain Resort via the stairs across the street which ascend up and land you on Quittin' Time for quick access to Park City Mountain Resort via theTown Lift.
Based on Early season snowfall...Sometimes the upper Quittin' Time Run may not be available until mid January, depending on the snow.

Description: You enter the unit into the open living room and kitchen space. The living room has hardwood flooring and new carpet throughout the bedrooms in the entire unit. The living room has a leather sectional, vaulted ceiling, and 60" flat screen TV mounted above the cobblestone gas fireplace with hearth.
The kitchen has beautiful cabinets and is complete with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishes, pots, cooking utensils, etc.. There is a round table that seats 6 and 4 stools around the island counter top.
Between the living room and the main floor bedrooms there is a full bathroom with vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combo.
The master bedroom on the main floor with a king sized four-poster bed, flat screen TV and attached bathroom with vanity, toilet and jetted tub/shower combo. It has an outside balcony that overlooks Old Main St.
The second bedroom on the main floor is located across the hall from the master bedroom with a Queen bed. It also has a door to the balcony overlooking Main Street. Upstairs is a second master bedroom with a King bed, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom with vanity, toilet and large shower.
There is also a second bedroom upstairs with a King bed and a full size Futon bed as well as a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms upstairs have large skylights which let natural light into the space.
Linens are complete for bed, bath and kitchen.

The building houses 10 units. They share a common area that has a hot tub (available Thanksgiving through end of ski season only), and washer & dryer.

There is reserved parking for one vehicle for this unit. Additional vehicles will need to park in public parking on 7th and Park Ave.(next to the Town Lift)

This is a Non Smoking Unit and No Pets are allowed

This is not a party unit. To respect other units and guests in the building... quiet time is after 10.

Family skiing getaway

We loved staying here! Communication was excellent. Lots of room for our family of 6. We had 2 great days of skiing and loved being close to the city. Although the Quit N Time run was not open, we were able to take the town lift back.

The property is located two stair cases up from Main St. It was the perfect location for our visit to Sundance. Easily walkable to events and back to the residence multiple times per day.

Fantastic Park City get away

Condo was great! Julie is an amazing and attentive host. Condo was perfect for our group of 8. Amazing location, walkable to downtown, Ski in Ski out if weather permits, if not a short walk to town lift. Definitely, I recommend this condo.

Great Park City Stay

We had a great experience staying at this property. The owner was very helpful when we had a missing key and got back to us very promptly. The setup was perfect for our group and all beds were very comfortable. We were very happy with the cleanliness and condo overall. I would highly recommend this for a group trip.

Great ski condo!

True Ski in ski out, and a 2 minute walk to downtown. 1 good parking space. Place has lots of bedroom space and a common space. Great for skiing. Common hot tub is quite nice.

Unbeatable Location

1 flight up to slopes and 2 flights to old town restaurants and bars. Comms with manager were easy and flexible. Smaller condo style property, but ideal if location is your main driver.

Nice stay parking could be better

The property is nice and has lots of space upstairs A/c isn’t the best and parking could be better (only one space and half the time someone else was parked there) super close to Main st. park city where all the night life, food and shopping is. I’m sure most people stay in winter and it’s even nicer, overall great value and place to stay for me and my 6 friends.

Great family condo!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The family had enough space to spread out and the beds were very comfortable. It was a short walk to Main St., the bus station, or up the stairs to the Quittin' Time trail. The kitchen had all the extras needed to make nice family meals. The hosts, Julie and Billy, were kind and easy to communicate with. It was a great week!

Good location, new, and clean

We had a great stay in Park City. Place is newly renovated and the location was good (although we still ended up driving to the base of Park City rather than taking the Town Lift because it was still kinda far). There were a few issues -- no closets yet (apparently they are being put in soon) and the stove/oven didn't work (but after someone came to fix it, it worked). Good value for the money.
