This two bedroom apartment is a clean, functional solution for anyone looking for (semi) affordable accommodation in Park City. The building is a bit old, but the unit is well maintained and comfortable. It is ideally located and has all the essentials that you would expect.
Location is fabulous for skiing, just across parking lot at Park City and we could walk to shops downtown. Unit might be tight to sleep all adults, we had 3 kids so it worked out great. Kitchen well stocked and amenities were nice!
Unit was perfect for us. Walking distance to lifts, to town, to groceries. Thank you for sharing your place with us! Might be back in summer for mountain biking
The location is fantastic! Directly across the parking lot from Park City mountain. We loved being able to walk the 1/2 mile to town at night. The place was stocked well with kitchen supplies and toiletries. The pull out sofa was not a great sleeping option due to the mattress quality. It is very tight space for six people and think it would be perfect for 5. Overall a good stay.
Really easy to get to the base of Park City for skiing, out the 2nd floor door, just past the nice hot tub. Well-stocked kitchen. We should have turned on the humidifiers earlier... the dry mountain air made it hard to sleep
The contactless check-in process was flawless. The door code began working right at 4 pm, as stated. The unit was clean, well-furnished, and appointed. The location is perfect for skiing Park City, Deer Valley & Canyons. All locations are just minutes away. The covered parking spot was great as parking is at a premium in Park City. This condo was perfect for my adult son and I - plenty of room for up to 4 people (might be tight for 6). Kitchen was well-stocked with pans, with starter supplies of dishwasher soap and other supplies. Overall in good condition -nice towels, sheets, etc.
I was nervous about finding space in the parking garage because it seemed small and full, but we always found a spot.
The condo is definitely walkable to the First Time lift, but I am older and chose to drive and park in the free ski close area lot rather than trudge up steps, across a street and through a couple of parking lots wearing my ski boots and carrying skis. Lazy, but it worked. :-)
Location can't be beat if skiing park city! Good space for family or a few couples.
Lots of positives here! The second floor of Snowblaze is the PERFECT location for Park City skiing. Some reviews mention an uphill walk, but if you exit from the 2nd floor there is a walkway that literally pops you across the street from the parking lot. Yes, lots of hills in Park City, but you can't beat that proximity. Having two bathrooms is a perk and there was plenty of seating for eating or hanging out (although there were only 3 of us, 4-5 would be comfortable. It is not a huge apartment, but for a ski vacation it was a great home base. Shuttle to main street, Deer valley is a block away. Beds and linens were comfortable and all supplied.
We were missing the starter logs for fireplace, and with both showers and the hot tub (also right out the door), we felt we could have had more towels. The Concierge contact was easy to reach and quick to respond to supply both. There are VERY few cooking basics there (Salt/Pepper) left likely by other renters, so be prepared to get the basics like oil, sugar, coffee for your stay. There is a 7-11 a block away also if you forget anything at the store! We did not cook too much, but kitchen seems to have the basic pots/pans, utensils and enough dishes/glasses we only had to run the dishwasher upon leaving which was nice.
A couple things could use an upgrade - There were a few lights out in the bathrooms and the main living area, and from reviews sounds like they may be out long term, making some of these areas a little dark in the morning/evenings. The tub/Shower has a small step up that is a bit tricky - really need to be careful - and water heater may need to be upgraded or space out showers if you are a larger group. I think considering the number this place sleeps and the hot tub access, they need to start you with more towels. We would stay here again, but a few things could be improved or updated.

We had a great stay! Super convenient location, short walk to slopes, short walk to bus (which takes you everywhere you need to go), quiet neighborhood, easy parking, hot tub, clean, updated unit, had everything we needed to eat in, hang out, wind down and sleep comfy. Only gripe was not enough electrical outlets in rooms but let's be honest, thats low on priority list when you are in Utah to ski!
Property was outstanding and one of the nicer condos I’ve stayed in. Location couldn’t be much better being directly across from the Park City ski resort parking lot. One thing I was a little apprehensive about was the size of the hot tub, but to our surprise the pool was exceptionally warm and my kids loved swimming in that as much as being in the hot tub. Some other small perks was the home was fully stocked with utinsels, cookware, etc which is normal but it also had many different size Tupperware which is great for making the kids a quick to go lunch for adventures. We’ll definitely be back in the future.
Location was perfect to the slopes. Literally a five minute walk to the ski lift! Condo had all the kitchen equipment we needed, was super clean and spacious for our party of three. We enjoyed the hot tub and the proximity to Main Street! Thanks for hosting us!
The noise from the railing repair was pretty bad.
The air conditioning unit had no way to vent. Had to have maintenance guy funnel it thru back sliding door. Breaker kept going off. Refrigerator leaked water onto the top shelf on frig. Had to use wash cloth every morning. Maintenance also took care of poor shower tub drainage. Condo is too dark!
