Park City Chatham Crossing 2189 offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in the charming Old Town neighborhood of Prospector. Just steps from shopping, dining, and the free shuttle to Historic Main Street and top ski resorts, this spacious townhome is ideal for winter adventures. In summer, explore the nearby Rail Trail, perfect for miles of scenic hiking and biking.

The property offers 2,500 square feet over 5 levels. With three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two living rooms you can sleep up to ten guests in complete comfort.

Entering through the garage or front door, you will step into a welcoming kitchen and dining area complete with private sauna and shared full bathroom. A few short steps down, and you will in the Main Living Room.

Main Living Room: The living room offers mountain contemporary style furnishings, plush sectional, Smart TV, wood-burning fireplace, high-top table for four, and private deck access. Natural light and views are provided by the wall of windows, and step out onto the adjacent deck where you'll find outdoor furnishings, BBQ grill, and surrounding ski resort views.

Lower Level Living Room: Plush sectional sofa, Smart TV, work desk area, and convertible sofa sleeper.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with tiled countertops, double oven, and bar seating for three.

Dining area: Enjoy your meals in the dining area with seating for up to six guests.

Can't beat the location

The condo needs some updates. Especially the plumbing. But the overall location and ambiance of the setting, makes up for what is lacking. Beds are incredibly comfortable. The Property Management made up for a mistake in the listing, which was also a huge plus. Thank you for the stay and the late check out!

Thanksgiving in Park City!

We enjoyed our stay at this property - we had plenty of space for the 6 of us and the view of the mountains was nice during they day. We enjoyed the fire place each night also! There are a few things that need to be addressed as far as basic home maintenance goes. Surprised some basic home cleanliness things were not tended to (dirty cob web window sills, two filthy dirty blow dryers, can light hanging in bathroom off kitchen, water spraying from showerhead downstairs). Living sliding door needs work for sure - difficult to open. Home was a great location and easy to get in and out of Park City. Didn't see bus/trolley stop much in neighborhood, so glad we rented a vehicle. Great quiet neighborhood with easy access to 80.
