Welcome to, a luxurious 2,540-square-foot penthouse that comfortably sleeps 11 in 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms—only 5 minutes from Main Street. Located mid-mountain in the Silver Star community, enjoy excellent ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain Resort, a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, and open-air plaza with fire pits. Following a day on the slopes, melt away stress in the private outdoor hot tub, enjoy fresh mountain air on one of 2 decks, or cozy up next to the indoor fireplace for warmth.

An effortless elevator ride transports guests to the third floor, where a stunning 2-story penthouse with expansive picture windows, vaulted ceilings, and wood finishes is bathed in natural light. A grill is conveniently located on the outdoor patio for alfresco barbequing. A washer and dryer add convenience.

Enjoy on-site heated underground parking and a complimentary shuttle to Park City Mountain Resort or Main Street. For ski-in/ski-out access, use the Silver Star Lift located right outside the 3000 building. To return, ski the Silver Star Run to the lift base, then turn left.

Very comfortable

The condo was exactly what we needed for a family birthday party. Ski in ski out, pro shop right there on site, restaurants right on the side, easy transportation. I wish it had been a little cleaner.

Guys Ski Trip

Unit was great. Rooms were spacious. Perfect location. Very comfortable living room, slightly small kitchen. Only very minor suggestions are for more glassware and better pillows. We did have a wonderful stay.

Well appointed for groups!

We stayed three nights during the fall, and the place was excellent! The standout feature for our group of 7 was king beds with bathrooms in every bedroom. The place was impeccably clean, and the NR pamphlet gave us some great tips for the area.

Great Unit

Couldn’t ask for a better location in PC. Unit had everything you need both outside and inside! Loved it! 4 stars for communication and check in because the lady checking us in was on the phone and didn’t even make eye contact with us for over 5 minutes.

Great location and spacious

I rented this place because of the proximity to the ski lift. However …. Park City didn’t open the lift which was infuriating, but not the condo’s fault. So …. our vacation was fun, but could have been amazing. The condo is big and has everything you need. We would come again …. but only if they open silver star lift!!

Almost very good except misleading facts of ski in ski out

Dated furnishings. Kitchen pots and pans and utensils are completely worn out. A trip to target and 400 would be the right thing to do. It’s NOT ski in ski out u til late January. Very misleading. The lift is closed all the time until later in the season.

wonderful penthouse with a stroll to the lift!

This property is outstanding ; it is difficult to know which room or outdoor area to choose! Extremely easy access to Silverstar lift and village, along with the great ski shop 25 feet from the lift. I rated the checkin process as far less than perfect as we were delayed without explanation or clarity on when the place would be cleaned, and checked bags could not be located for some time even after we were allowed to check in. I chalk this up as a one time miscue as we have always had great service at Silver Star properties over the years. With that one glitch the stay was almost ideal; we will definitely be back for our family ritual visit.

Very Nice Place

Silver Star is a very nice place: set away from the busy city and mountain resort, but still ski-in and out (sad the local lift was not running). Café, ski shop, pool, all on the premises is great.

Park City Ski Trip

Park City delivers yet again and the property was perfect for our family of nine! Unfortunately, the Silver Star Lift was not open during our stay which meant that we could not take advantage of the ski in and ski out benefit of the property location. Other than that, the property was comfortable and created a nice home away from home during our stay in Park City.

Beautiful scenery and location to historic downtown. For a full kitchen, not enough drying towels or hot tub towels initially. Burnt out kitchen island and dining room lights (4). Initially work orders called in were not work order processed so it took 2+ hours to have maintenance/housekeeping come up. Outdoor fireplace doors did not shut/close well and patio pavers were loose and wobbly. I was NOT happy with initial arrival conditions seems like no property check completed before OUR arrival to avoid these circumstances. For the price I expected a more solid condition arrival. Really enjoyed the hot tub and outside patio.

Beautiful views

We stayed at this location for 2 nights. We were 8 adults, with sufficient room in the home. The house was spacious, with anything you needed. Very clean, and comfortable. We ended up spending most of our time upstairs on the top deck. The seating was perfect for our group and the views were just beautiful. We had no issues, would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend this lovely place.

The penthouse is beautiful! We had a great short stay there. It is decorated very nicely and has plenty of room to spread out. The location is convenient to everything too.

Phenomenal place

Had a small group of friends for a ski trip just prior to MLK weekend. Super easy access to the mountain, garage parking for 2 cars, and the access to Park City was fantastic. We'd absolutely try to rent this place again.

Great Space

Perfect Park City condo!

My family and I spent a terrific week at this condo in Silver Star. It has four generous bedrooms + attached bathrooms, making it a great set-up for bigger groups who want to have their own space. Our young children shared an upstairs bedroom that contains a king size bed + a bunk bed. The highlights of the unit are the two huge outdoor terraces attached to the upstairs bedrooms. They have gorgeous views. All in all, we really love Silver Star and will return next summer.

Loved the property and location. Enjoyed 4th of July Fireworks from the roof top. Space and amenities were perfect for our two families (4teenagers and 4 adults). We were able to walk to grocery store and to downtown. Great for summer mountains biking too.

Amazing Home and Location

Our family stayed in July 2018 for several days. The house was beautifully decorated and was perfect for our adult children and grandchildren. The location was perfect right next to the pool and just a short drive to main street. The check-in was fast and the concierge staff attentive. We can't wait to come and stay again!

Amazing space and wonderful stay!
