Incredible Updated Condo w/ Hot Tub

The location of this condo is incredible! It is literally steps from the Park City Mountain Resort parking lot, complete with amenities! Large (1,000 sq ft) condo with full kitchen, 2 bathrooms! Hot tub, pool, gym, and gas fire pit are bonuses! Updated kitchen with new appliances and new counter top. Large desk and 38" monitor is available for those who need to remotely work. Newly installed portable AC in the bedroom!

Great location! Walk to the slopes everyday

The location is perfect. Walk straight into the parking lot for the mountain and you’re skiing in minutes. We had 6 people and all felt like we had plenty of room. Could have slept another 4 people but would probably feel crowded. Kitchen was great, lots of cups and everything we needed. They have 1 parking spot which is listed in the post. Make sure to only bring one car because you won’t be able to find parking anywhere in Park city. City is great for just taking free shuttles. Overall the location is great and the place was perfect for us!

Lots of room and bed space, but no fitted sheets on the beds.We were quite hot and when we tried to turn on the ac the room filled with smoke and the fire alarm went off. I was told there were parking passes in the room but never found any and didn’t hear anything from the host when I inquired. Fortunately we didn’t get a ticket or fine, but we did get a warning letter on our car.The pool and hot tub area were extremely dark and covered so we decided not to use them.Host never responded to most of my messages. But Fortunately when we had trouble getting in (my fault) he FaceTimed me and was very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a nice getaway, again lots of bed space, and comfortable, but I wouldn’t book it again.
