    Very conveniently located only 20 minutes from SLC airport and 15 minutes from the great Park City ski resorts and hiking and biking trails. Walking distance to the summit park trailhead.

    Large 4400 sqft, 3 level home situated at the top of Summit Park. The house is located at 7500 ft elevation with the best views of any vacation rental in the Summit Park area.

    The house has a 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 4 queen beds plus a pull out couch which can comfortably sleep up to 10 persons.

    The home has a fully functional kitchen, large den area, fully functional utility room, game room and movie theatre room.

    The home has an upper deck and lower deck which is perfect for enjoying the great Summit Park views, relaxing and enjoying the wildlife in the area.
