Summary: This cozy 2BR/2BA Miner's Camp home is in a great location on Upper Woodside Avenue. 2 Blocks to Main Street (via the city steps). You can also walk to the nearest ski run, Quittin' Time, via the city steps (it's a 5-6 min walk, you are going up the steps when you go to the run, so it can be a workout!).
The Space: Other option if you don't want to drive is to walk down to Main and take the Main Street Trolley to Town Lift.

This house was the perfect location for a girls weekend. We enjoyed having our own room and bathroom and being only two blocks off of Main Street made it easy to shop and dine. The price was competitive with some of the hotels, but offered better accesses to everything. Also the owner/manager was so helpful in planning our stay.
Perfect size. Well stock kitchen although it needs a larger pot to boil water for pasta. Aside from this, it had everything we could need. Walking distance from Main Street. Easy to walk to the shuttle bus to deer Valley but long walk home. Since we traveled up Main Street, the walk was actually quite enjoyable at the end of the day. Highly recommend.
We stayed Spring break at this property. Great location, easy to get to Main Street and Downtown. We did have a car. Extremely clean, appreciated the supplies for the washer/dryer, and it was decorated nicely. No real complaints, parking right out front, it was a little slippery getting to the unit with fresh snow, but mgmt shoveled the next day. I recommend it highly if you can do a king bed and double bed options.
Everything was clean and modern, in excellent working order. beds are comfortable, kitchen was perfect for small meals, excellent proximity to downtown. would definitely recommend and stay again.
Beautiful space in a great location. It’s an easy walk to the woods and slopes for walking, hiking or biking, and just as close to Main Street for the other half of the Park City experience. The home is lovely and has a good kitchen - not much storage space if you bring or buy anything.It’s all comfortable and is well-maintained, light and airy. The air conditioning units kept it quite cool if you leave the blinds closed during the day.
Couldn’t ask for a better location, walkable distance to main st. with all the restaurants and even the town ski lift! Clean spacious and modern, and the management communicated very well. I’ll definitely be back.
The location of the condo was perfect — walking distance to Main St and/or close to the Main St Trolley pick up. The condo was very clean & Leron was very responsive to our questions.
But, the clothes dryer was not working. The upstairs bedroom was nice.l Although, tge staircase was steep & narrow.Wooden railing was splintered in one section. Upstairs bathroom is very tight space. Overall, enjoyed our stay here.

This is *not* a two bedroom apartment. It is a one bedroom with a loft. There is no door to shut for the upstairs sleeping loft.
The upstairs bathroom is minuscule. I couldn’t sit on the toilet without bumping my knees against the shower glass wall.
The apartment is poorly insulated. We felt strong drafts of cold air coming in through all the windows.
There is no real place to eat a meal. The bar table and stools are tiny and cannot accommodate a full meal.
Now the parking. Holy hell. The parking. What a nightmare. Full time residents threatened to tow my car. None of the parking spaces have visible numbers, so it is impossible to know which space is which.
The location is excellent, at least. Just a couple of houses from steps down to Main St.
The landlord didn’t bother to shovel the snow and ice from any of the steps. Very tricky to navigate.
Oh - one more thing. One of the owners has a dog who loves to pee in highly visible areas. Enjoy the yellow piss trail to your door when it snows.
Would not rent this place again and cannot recommend it. The price is astronomical during Sundance. We should have stayed at a hotel. This place is just not good for business travelers or anyone who cares about warmth and spaciousness.
This is a capsule one bedroom with a sleeping loft and should be marketed as such.
Property and location was exactly what we were looking for. Very close to Main St. and most of the things you want to do. Would recommend highly for a small group (no more than four people).
Communication and check in was great leading up to the stay. When we arrived, the unit was very clean and updated as described. It’s a little tight but we don’t spend much time inside so it worked great for my wife, myself and our 2 teenage daughters. We put them upstairs so we didn’t have to navigate the steep stairs…they thought it was fun! Kitchen was very well stocked, entire unit was clean and beds were comfortable. Location was great as it is 2 blocks from main st with easy access using stairs next to the unit. AC units do a decent job of cooling the living area but didn’t quite reach the bedroom. Left the window open and enjoyed the fresh air and cool the bedroom but then the shades had to be open and neighbors porch light was slightly annoying. Overall the unit is very nice, updated and clean with a great location if you spend time walking main st.
Location, location, location!!! Walk down to main street or walk up the city stairs to the hiking/biking trails. We hiked everyday and enjoyed main street at night. The small home is perfect for a couple. It was clean and was just like the photos. It is compact, but these are old miners homes that have been restored and are part of Park City history. Communication with the management company was easy and very prompt. We had a wonderful stay!
The condo was exactly as pictured on VRBO. It was very well stocked with essentials and the property manager responded quickly to questions. It is small but enough space for 3 adults to stay comfortably. The location is great…easy walk down to Main St. Walk back is a little challenging but doable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
We loved staying at this condo in park city, the location was fantastic and we loved the decor. We also appreciated the fact that the kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies and the showers never ran out of hot water.
In addition, the property manager was really responsive with all of our questions. Highly recommend this property!
