This has been our second home and favorite place to visit during every season. Modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with amazing views, underground parking, oversized balcony with Traeger grill, and high end furniture and finishes throughout. Only a 3 minute drive to Deer Valley during ski season and walking distance to the Jordanelle Reservoir during summer. Every amenity is included, making this a great place to stay during your visit to Park City, Heber and Midway.

This condo is exactly as described! Very new and clean, beds are great, fantastic appliances (especially the Traeger grill on the patio). Was also very convenient to take the dog in and out with the gate on the patio. Would definitely stay here again next year!

Our stay was great here. The accommodations were as advertised and the unit was spacious for our group. Location was good as well had we split time between Homestead Crater in Midway and then downtown Park City.
The host (Mark) was easy to communicate with and stayed in touch to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We would recommend staying here and look forward to coming back in the future.

The home is very clean with several upscale amenities (garage parking, large patio with a view, and an Treager Smoker). The owner was quick to respond to my call and messages. I just wish I had a little more time to stay and enjoy the home and the area. When I’m back I’ll definitely reach out to Mark and stay at their place.

A beautiful home with all the amenities, close to many hiking trails and shopping. There is a reservoir down the road for summer activities and ski slopes nearby for the winter. The views from the balcony are incredible! And bonus: a Traegar grill!

We booked this condo to meet our college children in the middle. It was so nice to spend the days relaxing,
cooking, and playing games. The condo had everything we needed and was a very quiet location. We drive to Park City for the tree lighting and enjoyed going through some shops. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed two weeks in Mark’s place and loved it! We plan on renting much longer next summer we liked it so much. Mark is so welcoming and responsive. He helped from the very beginning with any questions we had and follow up with everything. The place was gorgeous. Everything was very high end and had everything we needed and more. The views were beautiful with a large patio and loved using the Traeger Grill! Just can’t say enough things about how much we loved this place!!

We loved the Elk House! It was clean, comfy, centrally located, and Beth was great to communicate with - she texted to offer early check-in and make sure we had everything we need. The house had extra amenities in case you forgot something (like how the tired mom always forgets her toothbrush - a lifesaver!), and my kids loved the bunk room and XBox. It’s a short walk to the lodge and all the activities there, and an even shorter walk to Swiftwater Cellars. Driveway can accommodate 5-6 cars comfortably, which is another plus since Suncadia doesn’t allow street parking. We would absolutely return!

Great host and very nice place. Great for a family or a few adults. Hopefully parking for access to Deer Valley gets sorted out. It’s a short drive to the gondola but parking is incredibly limited. Shuttle service from Mayflower homes is a must for the future.

Wonderful experience!! The flat was exactly as pictured and very clean. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare family meals. The location was perfect for our family. Close enough to the Jordanelle, Park City/Deer Valley and Salt Lake City. The owner could not have been more helpful and informative before, during and after our stay.

The location and home was absolutely beautiful. Mark was a great host, very attentive to all of our needs. We made a Thanksgiving dinner in the well equipped kitchen. We took a short walk to the Jordanelle Resevoir, which was beautiful. It's also a quick drive to Main Street in Park City. The home was a good size for all 5 of us and our dog. Overall, we were happy and comfortable and had a great holiday stay.
