Renovated Condo at the base of the Canyons Resort!

Red Pine Condominiums is a large complex with approximately 24 buildings nestled below Utah’s newest and largest ski resort, The Canyons. Red Pine is located within walking distance to the Cabriolet (parking lot gondola) or you can catch the free bus from Red Pine to any of Park City’s resorts (Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort) all located within 3-4 miles. The free bus system will also take you all around Park City’s historic downtown which provides excellent restaurants, shopping and entertainment. There is also a free shuttle that will pick you up at the condo and take you to the Canyons Village so there is no need to walk to/from the cabriolet lift at the start and end of your day.

Red Pine is less than an hour from Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton, Snowbasin and Powder Mountain Resorts.

To enjoy Park City during the summer and fall months, activities include golf, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, horseback riding and the Park City Film Series.

Red Pine offers large common green areas, lots of pine trees, lots of parking and fantastic views. The Red Pine clubhouse has 2 swimming pools (1 heated in winter), a kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQs, sand volleyball and tennis courts.

Perfect home base for a family ski trip
Red Pine Condos are the best deal in the Canyons. Proximity to the base (whether you walk 10 min or use the Cabriolet lift) is perfect; you're close to the action without having to deal with the crowds. The unit works well for our small family, and since we cooked breakfast and dinner, the well-supplied kitchen was exactly what we needed. Pots, pans, baking sheet, utensils, mixing bowls—even salad tongs! You can tell the owners have anticipated what cooks might need, and that is very much appreciated. The property management team made check in and check out seamless and responded immediately when we had questions. If the property is available, we will be booking for our next stay in Park City!

Great, convenient location, plenty of parking. The unit was clean and as shown. Very easy to access and nice tv and fireplace. Do dish they had more outlets or some extension cords for plugs as had charge phones in kitchen or far away walls. But would stay again !

Beautiful Place in the Canyons
We definitely recommend staying here The place was beautiful. We had a bit tougher of a time getting to the Park a city side than expected, but getting to the Canyons base was seamless and easy! We had a slight hiccup with the check in, but the communication was so easy and we got it patched up very quickly!
