Studio Condo in Park City. Newly remodeled with very comfortable King Bed. Bike Stand in Unit as well as Ski Storage for your Winter Stay. Complimentary snacks, water, coffee and tea. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and other necessities provided. 24/7 Check in for your key and parking pass at the front desk. Key will also allow you to access the Prospector hot tub and pool area. Great condo next to the bus stop

My son and I stayed here for our first ski trip to Park City. The location was great right next to the bus stop for easy access to the slopes in the mornings and restaurants at night. The place had everything we needed including a hot tub. I would stay here again on our next trip.

Perfect for the weekend

Simple but cozy accommodations with nice extras and excellent communication with the hosts. We appreciated the spacious refrigerator, ability to control heating and cooling, wonderfully large bath towels, and the closet space. Easy to check in and the parking pass was appreciated.

Great weekend getaway

The condo was perfect for our stay. Close to venues and restaurants while also away from the crowds. Others in the building were respectful and kept noise down in the evening hours and the host is quick to respond. We'll stay again!

Excellent Stay

This unit is totally renovated, and they left nothing undone. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is great. The bathroom is amazing. It's a great renovation and a great place. Also the closest unit to the bus stop.

Lovely ski friendly stay!

The property was very comfortable and clean. I loved the ski rack Ruth has installed which made it easy to grab my gear and hop on the bus right outside the unit to the mountain in the morning! Thanks for your thoughtfulness and creating a cozy aesthetic.

Beautiful property! We loved the snacks and helpful labels around the space. Easy drive or shuttle ride to the mountain. Ruth was extremely kind and generous with a late check out, and we are beyond grateful for such a great Park City experience!

Lovely little place

The place was perfect for the two of us. Looked like the listing. Everything was good condition and the bed was comfy. There was just enough within walking distance for basic needs or meals, and the free bus system out front was amazing for getting around the area. One small consideration that can’t be changed is this is on the first floor. Easy access, but you can hear others tromping in with ski boots - though I didn’t notice this at night. But truly a really nice place to stay.

Clean and cozy space in a great location!

The Prospector is our favorite place to stay when we come to Park City. This location was awesome! Loved that it was easy to access with our gear, and was on the first floor super close to the bus stop. Very nice inside and well designed and cozy. We had everything we needed for our three night getaway. Also very much appreciated the prompt response from the hosts with any questions we had. We hope to stay here again! Definitely recommend. 😊 ⛷️ 💕

Modern Studio Condo A+

My wife and I stayed here for a quick 3 day Deer Valley ski trip, it’s perfect for two people and has everything you need. The unit was clean, super comfortable bed, high quality sheets and towels, key card security building entry, the electric fireplace was nice! Great location, close to dinning, bars, downtown night life, grocery stores and several great ski areas. Ruth was an excellent host, great communication, and responds quickly. We will definitely be back!

Well I can only base this on snow skiing because I haven't been here during the summer, but let me say if your snow skiing, what a wonderful place to stay! The shuttle bus is I don't know 30 feet from the front door and you can park at the front door. I am making sure to keep note for future days because I would definitely come back here. We walked to most of our restaurants and we thought they were all above average. The area felt very safe. Our host did a wonderful job of having the room ready and a few complementary items. It's really everything that you would want in a place to stay for snow skiing! Thank you Ruth! We look forward to coming back. John and Kerry

Perfect little home-away-from-home!

Ruth’s place was easy to find, a breeze to check-in, and perfect for my little trip from start to finish. The condo was *clean* and that matters so much! The bed is SUPER comfy and I slept like a baby after long ski days. She has a wall-mounted ski rack that is very convenient to keep your gear inside. It is a quick zip to Park City and is right on the shuttle line if needed. She had great recommendations for local espresso and restaurants and was easy to communicate with. Some of the condos owned at the Prospector have some pretty nasty reviews but rest assured that this place is a little compact slice of Heaven for ski bunnies! It was everything I needed, a great rate, and I left hoping to come back again! Thanks, Ruth!

Noisy nights

This was a very comfortable and well situated property with all the necessary amenities, great for 2 people...except for the fact that it is a downstairs unit below very heavy-footed people who live above and are up well into the wee hours. One of the 3 nights there was a really loud mechanical noise coming from above that turned on and off throughout the night, waking us up every time it came on. We initially thought it was a snow plow or some kind of road work happening right outside the unit, but when we looked, all was quiet in the parking area and nearby road.
