Get to Park City lifts in mere minutes. Stroll steps to the complimentary city bus for easy access to ski resorts, Main Street eateries, pubs, and boutiques.

LIVING AREA

After fun-filled days on the slopes, kick back and relax in the welcoming living area, complete with a sofa, two armchairs, and a 32” flat-screen TV with DVD player.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a double sink and a full suite of appliances.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the large wooden dining table with seating for eight.

BEDROOMS, SLEEPING AREAS & BATHS

This three-story condo sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms and a loft.

Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, outfitted with a queen-size bed, TV, and a rocking chair. Enjoy peekaboo mountain views from your private balcony.

Find comfort in the guest bedroom, featuring two twin-size beds and a balcony. A sleeping loft is configured with a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

The first bathroom has a tub/shower combination, while the second bathroom features a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Sip morning coffee on the outdoor love seat. Or make use of the gas grill on the front porch and enjoy an afternoon cookout.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars (one assigned space in the garage and one unassigned space in the outdoor parking lot).

This condo does not have air-conditioning. The fireplaces are not for guest use.

THE LOCATION

Walk 3 minutes to the local bus stop to hop a complimentary ride to the mountain, or venture to Main Street (2 miles) for eateries, pubs, galleries, boutiques, and eclectic street artists and musicians.

Right next door your will find the Park City Municipal Athletic & Recreation Center, featuring a pool, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, and activities for visitors of all ages. While there, catch a film at the Sundance MARC Theater.

In the winter, the Park City Municipal Golf Course transforms into a wonderful cross-country skiing venue. Head 1.4 miles to explore trails amidst the rolling hills.

Drive just 2.3 miles to spend the day on the slopes at Park City Mountain Resort. For a quick shot of adrenaline, try the Park City Alpine Slide, located at the base of the mountain.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
