This is 3200 sq. ft. of 100% authentic ski home located on Deer Valley Drive. Kids AND parents LOVE this place! Don't stay in a cold senior's golf condo miles out!

Ideal for two families! Five private sleep spaces: three king, two queen sleeper sofas, and a bunk room with three sets of bunk beds. There are large overstuffed sofas, two are brand new pull out sleeper sofas. Aerobeds if needed, collapsable Graco crib, four full baths, sleeps 16 with lots of extra capacity, full kitchen/dining room, 3200 square feet. Reserved parking at front door for two vehicles plus overflow parking.

Located on Deer Valley Drive in Lower Deer Valley (Snow Park - see link to map) your condo is just 800 yards to the Deer Valley lift, 1/2 mile to town, 1-1/2 miles to the Park City lift, 5 miles to The Canyons, short drive to Solitude, Brighton, Alta and Snowbird. 35 minutes to Airport.

Three level unit:

The upper level has two master bedrooms w/ vaulted ceilings / private master baths and TV's. One bedroom is especially large with a sitting area/WiFi, etc.

The middle level has one master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, master shared bath & TV. Also on this floor are the kitchen, dining and great rooms. The two story glass great room was recently remodeled and expanded. Large sofas for movie viewing. Great for two families! The stone fireplace burns really wood. Private outdoor hot tub.

The lower level has two additional sleep spaces geared towards kids. One room has a brand new queen pull out sofa bed with no bath. The other is a fun bunk room that sleeps six. (3 sets of twin over full bunk beds) The sleep spaces on the basement level share a full bath. The basement level was renovated in the spring of 2021!

Your ski/boot storage AND COMMERCIAL BOOT DRYER are also on this floor. (Dries/warms 8 boots or gloves in 20 minutes, AWESOME!!)

CENTRAL HUMIDIFIER to keep you comfortable and your winter 'high altitude dryness' in check. Try to find that in other units! Small portable humidifiers in bedrooms in case you are extra sensitive. Humidified air makes your vacation more comfortable, that is a fact!

AIR CONDITIONED for summer.

We will send our 'locals only secrets' about shopping, restaurants, adventure activities, ski areas, parking and the US Olympic Park.

Because this terrific unit is in such excellent condition we request families and married couples only. (Sorry college students!) No party throwing, no pets and no smoking please. What a great house to have a family ski vacation. 3 great bedrooms upstairs and the kids on bottom floor. Ski prep area with large benches, coat hooks hold all your equipment nicely with a 4 person boot heater (wow). The best equipped kitchen we have stayed in a long while. We cooked every night. The bus stop right outside the front door might be the best hidden gem. We went from 2 cars last year to 1. FYI Walmart Plus customers delivered our 350 order 1 hour after we arrived. Ready to party.

Tracy is the owner and wonderful to work with. She's very responsive & proactive in communications. The property is perfect and has tons of room for family to spread out. Kitchen is very well stocked, as is the rest of the house. There are even sleds for the small sledding hill right next to the house. The bus stop for free bus rides is literally right out the front door and just a 3 minute ride to Deer Valley, and maybe 5 minutes to PCMR and Main Street. A perfect scenario!

The condo is right on the bus route making it very convenient to access all Park City has to offer. The kitchen is well equipped and the condo can hold a lot of people and with two hot water heaters we never ran out of hot water! Will definitely stay here again

We had such a wonderful time, I would not stay anywhere else. Love the sledding hill right outside the door, less than five minutes to the slopes, and perfect house for multiple families. We will be back.

Everything was perfect. The homeowners and manager were so helpful and quick to help. The Bus system is right out the door, so helpful to getting around to downtown and the ski slopes. We drove 20-25 minutes to Midway to tour the Ice Castles one evening and one morning headed to Woodlands for some snow-tubing with our group (1yr-62 yrs) Excellent location and fun for all ages. :-)

We have been to Deer Valley many years. This was our first time in December. While the snow conditions were not as great as February, John and Tracy's home made our vacation exceptionally enjoyable. Owner's were very responsive and their hosting agent was quick to respond for any issues. The home is nicely laid out for multiple families or one large one such as ours. The bus is a few steps away from the unit so easy to get to Snow Park quickly. We will be back!

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with our children and grand-children in June 2004, and this condo was perfect for the twelve of us - basically 4 families. Not only is the layout, furnishings and equipment top-of-the-line, but by having family photos and mementos in the condo, the owners let us feel that we were guests of their family. This was a good feeling. The weather was great, and Park City and its surrounds have a lot of interesting summer activities. Thank you for one of our best vacations ever.

3 generations, family of 10. Every one had plenty of space. Condo is perfectly set up for ski trip. The downstairs area with benches, ski racks, boot warmer and hooks was great for keeping snow and wetness out of the rest of the house. All of the many beds were comfortable and we had all the linens we could possibly need. Kitchen is well stocked. We cooked every night and again had room for a large family. The hot tub was enjoyed after skiing. The bus stops right across the street- it took a few trips to figure out the system. Honestly the pictures don’t do this home justice. It’s a very nice place.

We stayed for a week and it was just ideal. Super clean. Well stocked with whatever you need. The bus stop is literally out the door and across the street. We had two couples and a teen, so we all had a king bed room with private bath. Very comfortable beds, BTW. We originally would have had another couple and two 7 year olds with us but an accident caused them to have to cancel. The bunk room downstairs would have been ideal for them. There is a ton of space downstairs, with an additional tv area. We loved everything about this home and the owners could not be more lovely to work with. We had huge snow to top off the week. You would be pretty hard pressed to do better than this location, and if I could give 10 stars, I would.

This property is perfectly located a few steps from the bus stop on the main road between Deer Valley Base and downtown Park City. The place is perfect for a large group and all the beds we used were very comfortable. We had two sets of grandparents and a family group with two children. Great area in the lower level for the kids and also a great space at the entry for coats/skis/ski gear and a boot rack with dryer. In addition, there were plenty of supplies of soap/shampoo/toilet paper and paper towels. (Some VRBO rentals only provide the minimum). We walked downtown to dinner and also took the shuttle bus to town another time. The bus stop is just steps from the front door. The owner checked in with me shortly after check-in and was always quick to respond if I had a question. Our blended family group had a great time here and we would definitely return.

Location! Location! Location! We were very happy to find our beautiful Condo was located between the ski lodge and Historic downtown Park City. This was convenient because either a brisk walk or a short drive and you were in Park City. The condo's three floors were extremely spacious and had every modern convenience at your fingertips. We really enjoyed the NASCAR race on the big screen TV, the fabulous kitchen with every appliance, to the laundry room. Our routine every evening was a couple games of fogeball, a couple games of pool, a short stint in the sauna, and then on to the hot tub to really unwind. Our special thank you to the Grady family for their exquisite taste in decorating of the condo in making a beautiful home away from home. With or without children, we highly recommend the Grady's in Park City, Utah for a great vacation!!!

Our family, ages 17-74, had the perfect vacay at this home. Mattresses and bedding were fantastic for all of us, which was extremely important, as some of the older family members have back issues. Kitchen was well appointed. The great room furniture was super comfy, with a gorgeous view of the snowy back and side yards, which includes a great sledding hill for the kids. The hot tub out back was perfect, as well as the ski equipment room on the first level. Firewood was provided for wood burning fireplace which made our evenings extra warm & cozy. To top it all off, the bus stop for the free bus system to the area resorts, Main Street, town lift, etc., was right out the front door. A bus literally comes by every few minutes! This was perfect for our avid skiers who could come and go all day long. It was also great for the older folk who didn’t ski, but wanted to go shopping, out to lunch and dinner, etc., without having to worry about parking and driving in the heavy snowfall. The owner, Tracy, was wonderful and very responsive. We loved it all so much that we’ve already booked it again for next year and cannot wait to go back!

I can’t say enough positives about this rental. The home was fully stocked with everything from kitchen needs to games to extra linens, towels and blankets. The common spaces were large for groups but there was also a separate area in the basement for our teens and kids to comfortably hang out, watch tv and play pool. Loved the boot and jacket area. Plenty of space to leave all the wet, snowy gear and the boot/glove drier was a bonus! The location is about midway between Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts but they are minutes away so no need to hesitate about not being in town. The home is steps from the free shuttle which takes minutes to get into the downtown Park City shops and restaurants on Main St. The free shuttle also takes you to the ski lifts, runs frequently and is easy to use. An unexpected bonus was this unit being on the end next to a hill. The kids (ages 2-15) spent endless hours on the snowy hill sledding and building snow igloos and snowmen. The owners were amazing to work with. Tracy was quick to respond, provided great information before arrival and made check-in/check-out so easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house! An amazing time staying at 1140 Stonebridge Circle during the Sundance Film Festival. Right across from the bus stop, so convenient for swift travel almost anywhere, all film venues, restaurants, Main Street. So lovely to come back to our warm and cozy home at night, all of us enjoying crackling fires and hot tubbing under the falling snow. Dog-sledding and snowmobiling (not to be missed). We went dashing through the snow in a horse drawn sleigh. We saw Elk and wild life and Films, took in the scenery, and of course skiing and snowboarding. Magic! Two-weeks was magical! So different from others in Park City, feels like truly a home in the mountains: dark wood trim, stone walls, robust fireplace, and high ceilings. Bedrooms r large and livable, very comfortable king size beds and lots of sitting areas. Incredibly well-stocked, tons of bedding, pillows linens and towels a massive washer and dryer and chock full, loaded kitchen.Everything needed to cook breakfasts lunches and the rare home-cooked gourmet dinner. So walkable to Park City, the sidewalks perfectly cleared of snow daily. Best of all, just across the street from the bus that runs almost every three minutes – and whisks you away to any desired location within minutes. The owners are responsive and fantastic. Private outdoor area gas grill and hot-tub, right proper rip-roaring fires in the fireplace. We love it. We will be back!! Had to cut the review short - not enough room to say it all!!

This was the best property I have ever stayed at and perfect for our family ski trip. Just a few steps to the Deer Valley bus and in a couple of minutes you are skiing. The property was spotless and very well equipped. The host were the absolute best in communicating and accommodating. I would give this property the highest rating possible.
