This townhome sits on the Swaner Nature Preserve is a perfect and private location that is still in the heart of Kimball Junction for a quick walk to the restaurants, shops, movies and Basin Recreation. It has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, huge sliding glass door to the deck with a hot tub. Upstairs are two master suites with en suite bathrooms and loft area for an additional blow up mattress. Walk in closets and washer/dryer. King size beds in both upstairs bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and all linens provided. 8 minute drive to Main Street. Close to public transportation to Sundance locations and Main Street.
