This townhome is situated on a corner, with plenty of windows and abundant natural light. Open floor plan on main level with gas fireplace, updated kitchen and baths, and multiple decks, including new hot tub with views up the mountain. Upper levels feature two bedrooms, deck, and loft sleeping flex space. Perfect mountain home in all four seasons, Payday is in town, directly on the Thaynes bus route, yet quiet and surrounded by mature trees. Payday is also adjacent to the Park City Municipal Golf Course, which offers cross country skiing in the winter. Many hiking and biking trail options right out the door, including the famous Armstrong and Spiro trails.
