About this property
Prime Location & Private Hot Tub – Walk to Park City Mountain Resort!
Welcome to Park City Empire 1410, your home base for slipping straight into the Park City lifestyle. Step outside and you're practically at the base of Park City Mountain Resort; stroll a few minutes more and you're wandering Historic Main Street's shops, galleries, and restaurants. In any season, you can park the car, settle in, and let the mountains, lifts, and nightlife come to you—from first tracks and après-ski to summer hikes, bike rides, and patio dinners.
This multi-level retreat feels like a true Old Town ski house, with about 2,400 square feet designed for groups to spread out and reconnect. Enter through the garage and you're instantly in the bright main living level, where big windows pull in mountain light and the energy of the neighborhood outside. Drop your bags, hang up your gear, and you're right in the heart of the action without ever feeling cramped.
Living Room: Sink into the comfy sectional, kick your feet up, and warm up by the gas fireplace while a movie or game plays on the Smart TV. It's the kind of space where people drift in after skiing, biking, or wandering Main Street and end up talking late into the evening.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is set up for easy, social cooking—stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a bar with seating for four keep the cook part of the conversation. Whether it's a quick breakfast before first chair or a big dinner after a long day outside, this is where coffee brews early and wine gets poured late.
Dining Room: Gather around the bench-style table for meals, board games, or trip planning sessions. Just off the dining area, the deck and BBQ grill turn into your warm-weather hangout or your wintertime “grill in a beanie” moment.
Lower Level Family Room: Head downstairs to a second living space that feels like its own little lounge. A comfy sleeper sofa, large TV, and wet bar with fridge and microwave make this a great spot for kids' movie nights, game days, or a quiet retreat when the main level is buzzing.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Master Bedroom: Wake up to views of Park City Mountain Resort from your private balcony, then step back inside to the glow of your own gas fireplace. At night, soak in the jetted tub or unwind in the oversized steam shower before slipping into the king bed—this suite feels like a private spa retreat within the home.
Bedroom 2: Another king bedroom with its own bathroom and a small private balcony is perfect for guests who want space to retreat with a book or a nightcap.
Bedroom 3: A cozy queen bedroom with ensuite bath gives couples or solo travelers a calm, comfortable place to recharge.
Bedroom 4 / Bunk Room: The twin-over-full bunk setup turns this space into a fun landing zone for kids, teens, or extra guests, complete with its own ensuite bath.
A convenient half bath on the main level means no one has to run upstairs or downstairs in the middle of meals or movie nights.
Private Hot Tub: After a day on the hill or exploring town, slip into your private hot tub and let the steam rise while the lights of Park City glow around you. It's the perfect reset before heading to dinner—or calling it an early, blissfully tired night.
Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer on the lower level lets you dry out ski gear, refresh hiking clothes, and pack a little lighter.
Parking & Ease: Pull into your private one-car garage, plug in with the in-garage ChargePoint EV charger if you need it, and leave one more car in the driveway. With the free shuttle stop close by, you can easily reach Deer Valley, Kimball Junction, or Canyons Village without having to navigate parking.
Amenities & Comfort: - Free high-speed WiFi for streaming, working, or planning your next adventure - Sonos sound system to set the mood—après-ski playlists, mellow mornings, or game-day vibes - Central A/C plus three mini-splits with heat strips on the lower level, so every room hits that just-right temperature - Dog-friendly (one dog with fee), so your four-legged family member can join the trip
Distances: Park City Mountain Resort: Across the street Historic Main Street: 0.5 miles Deer Valley Resort: 2.5 miles Canyons Village: 4.1 miles Park City Golf Course: 0.9 miles Fresh Market Grocery: 0.5 miles Liquor Store: 1.0 miles
Stay at Park City Empire 1410 and you're not just close to everything—you're woven right into the rhythm of Old Town days and nights, with a comfortable, well-equipped home to come back to after every adventure.

The location of the property could not have been more perfect….walk across the street, through the parking lot and we were at the base of the mountain. We rented and valeted skis at Jackson’s Base Camp (as they recommended) which was right there.
The house was clean and high end and well managed.
We would rent again!
This house was nice for our medium sized group. When we arrived, there was a pretty big leak in one of the bedrooms due to an inordinate amount of snow causing issues on an outer wall of the house. They were very responsive even though it was New Years Day. we did have to keep a pot under the leak for about 24 hours but they managed it as quickly as possible.
The location to the mountain couldn't be beat. The heated floors on the main level was a great touch. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable.
