Welcome to Park Avenue #292-1804, a charming and spacious two-bedroom plus loft, two-and-a-half-bath Park City condo rental that provides a warm and inviting home base for year-round mountain adventures. Perfectly situated next to the serene cross-country ski trail and just minutes from Park City Mountain Resort, this 1,610-square-foot retreat is part of the highly sought-after Park Avenue Condominiums—known for their unbeatable location and comfortable accommodations.

This thoughtfully designed Park City vacation rental is just steps from Park City’s complimentary city-wide bus system and within easy walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, boutique shops, and grocery stores, giving you easy access to the best of Park City, no car required.

Inside, the main floor welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area ideal for group meals, and a cozy living room, all complemented by a convenient half bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two private bedrooms and an open loft-style bedroom. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a twin daybed in the loft—comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The loft and second bedroom share a full bathroom, while the primary bedroom enjoys its own private bath.

This condo also features a private washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and smart layout perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day of skiing, hiking, or biking. Guests will enjoy easy access to the community’s outdoor seasonal heated pool (opened during the Summer only; closed Fall and Winter), year-round hot tub, sauna, shower and changing facilities, and on-site laundry room. Covered carport parking is also provided.

The owner may consider one dog for monthly stays of 30 nights or more during the Summer and Fall seasons—please contact our Guest Services office for approval and details.

Guests enjoy a seamless arrival experience with our Direct to Condo check-in process. Simply complete the pre-registration form prior to arrival to receive your personalized access code. Housekeeping services are not included but may be scheduled for a fee, with at least two weeks’ advance notice through our Guest Services office.

Great stay

Comfortable venue. Cozy. Great location. Good water pressure. Some of the appliances are a bit dated. The code to the main door of the pool house didn’t work but luckily, the side door’s code worked. Instructions to the property was a bit confusing. The address listed in bold on the welcome email was incorrect but the address below it was right.
