The two of us had a wonderful stay in this condo. Great location, close to the grocery stores, Park City, and all bus routes. Checkin and checkout process was easy, host is responsive. The king bed was super comfortable, and the unit was clean.(Note that the listing says it sleeps 6 with two pullout couches, but that’s a bit misleading since there isn’t actually enough room to open both of the couches at the same time.)

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Pretty pics, not good in person
This place had a low quality partial remodel, just enough to take a few pretty pictures to rent and make a quick buck. You don’t need to look closely to see all the issues:
Low quality remodel which is not fully finished. Very loud heater and appliances , smells and noise from neighbors permeate the thin walls, leaky windows - cold drafty bedroom, bright construction quality lighting inappropriate. Dated bathroom. Inadequate bedding for sofa beds.
Pros: decent location, responsive host, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, washer dryer nice to have for a longer stay, everything is functional at a basic level.
Not worth the price I paid, I won’t stay here again.
We chose this property for the close proximity to Park City Mountain and price compared to other accommodations. It is walkable to the lifts but we did decide to use the city bus system most days. The property is as advertised and was clean. We traveled with two adult children so they utilized the two fold out couches. Though these were not super comfortable they we adequate for the week. The property was quiet and we felt safe. I would stay here again for location and price but know that it does feel tight with four adults....probably better suited for 2 adults...but we knew this at booking. Overall a positive stay.
Good: Comfortable apartment, good bed, couches, space, location close to everything, easy parking,
Disappointing: Bed should be moved to wall opposite TV in order to view TV comfortably, both TVs should be upgraded to smart TVs to accommodate streaming, kitchen utensils should be upgraded.

Great
the location was great…The place was warm when we first arrived. There is no way to turn the ceiling fan on without turning the light on also. This was inconvenient for someone sleeping in the living room in the summer since there was no air conditioning. We had to:put our own fan in the window to get some cool air in the place. Other than that, the place was fine.

Comfortable accommodations, some issues
When we arrived the condo was clean and well appointed with a good Roku TV. It had way too many of some kitchen items, while it was missing certain essentials, e.g. a kettle, The property manager quickly furnished them, which we appreciated. On the other hand, someone was parked in our designated spot, so we parked in one we thought was not assigned, but in fact, the spot we chose was assigned, but it's number was covered in snow. We told the property manager where we'd parked and asked for help. They asked us to send a photo, which we did, which was the last we heard from them, though we sent a couple of follow-up texts. The next day our spot was still occupied and we hadn't heard from the property manager, though we textd them again. When we returned from skiing the next day, there was a knock on the door from another guest, who said that our car was about to get towed. I guess she'd reported that we were occupying her spot and she was able to identify our unit from the pass. In fact, there was already a very hard-to-remove sticker on the window, notifying us that towing was imminent. Had she not had the kindness to tell us, we would have been towed. The property manager never again contacted us and towing would have been a disaster.
There are also issues with the listing. The base is not within normal walking distance in ski boots while carrying skis. The city bus, which stop is a 5-minute walk, is the way to go. It's also not obvious which bus to take to get back from the base. (1,2, or 5 in the direction of Deer Valley, but not others, which will drop you at Fresh Market or make a long circuit around the town.) It's also not all that close to Main Street. Still, we got a lot of powder and would stay there again, the next time hoping that if there was another issue, the property manager wouldn't ghost us.
