  • One of Deer Valley's premier 5 star condominiums. This aprox 3800 square foot condo was remodeled and meticulously decorated. 950 sq ft of deck was added in 2021 No detail has been left out. Enjoy gorgeous views of Deer Valley from inside, or on your own private deck with new 7 person hot tub with gas grill on deck. The lower level is complete with a Bar, Pool Table, Ms Pac Man Cocktail Arcade with 410 Classic Games & Playstation 4. Condo also features three 65 inch flat screens with HD channels and Master Remote Controls. Sonos Sound System throughout entire condo.

    There are 3 master suites with private baths and an additional bedroom on the lower level with detached bathroom.

    The condo offers Deer Valley Resort Skier Shuttle service for free that brings you directly to the chair lifts at Snow Park Lodge which is only 0.7 miles away. Just give them a call, they will pick you up and drop you off at front door. A 2 block walk down the hill places you on the free Park City Bus line. Take this bus to Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons or Historic Main Street in Old Town. Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort are only a mile away.

What a beautiful property! We were all so comfortable with the layout, beds, and the beautiful areas to hang out together. The hot tub was lovely and we saw deer walking by. The fireplace was so cozy and we were so happy to be there for the first snow! Trent was a wonderful communicator and was great at responding to any question we had. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We brought our whole family, which included three adult couples and a baby. Plenty of room…and the house had a porta crib and high chair. This was our first trip to Park City/Deer Valley and we absolutely loved it. Trent's condo was perfect for us (3 couples)! The views, decor, location were all amazing! Trent was always available, even though we didn't need anything since the condo had absolutely everything we needed. One of the many highlights was sitting on the deck and looking at the stars. Amazing vacation

From the moment we arrived till the day we packed our bags, we never wanted to leave! This home is top notch in every way, with everything you could ever need. Trent is an incredible host - super responsive and kind. The location could not be any better either. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street, yet we were close enough to walk or take a short bike ride there. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this experience by far was the best. Gorgeous house with gorgeous views

A group of 8 "old" friends found this to be the perfect place to relax, sit and talk, cook and enjoy meals around the large table and enjoy the deck with beautiful views. The beds and pillows were super comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked and the house was in a great location, only minutes to the grocery, wine store and downtown. Trent is a super host who quickly responds, and he was more than generous with his time and to our requests. We highly recommend it and would love to return.

October vacation for large family

This was a beautiful home with large windows and gorgeous views, and with multiple levels for privacy. It was close to both downtown and outdoor activities, and we never felt too close or too far away from anything. The recreation room was great for the kids and the adults, and the spa tub accommodated lots of people at once. The owner has stocked the kitchen with a big assortment of cookware and dishes which was very helpful in being able to fix some of the meals ourselves. Also, the owner was very responsive to questions, and was great to work with in general.

FABULOUS IN EVERY WAY!

Everything about this home is truly wonderful! From booking, to check-in, location, amenities, and communication with the owner were easy. The kitchen is ideal for cooking big family meals and is extremely well equipped, in fact, the best we’ve had. The multi levels allow for plenty of options to hang out as a group or for different activities from relaxing, playing pool, pac man or games, or reading in front of one of the fire places. The hot tub is FABULOUS - being protected from weather is ideal. This inviting home offers unparalleled views, the bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms are nicely appointed and the beds are extremely comfortable. Every guest will undoubtedly rave about this home!

Amazing Condo

Check in and out was a breeze. Trent was a wonderful to work with. Always available to answer questions. The condo is gorgeous with plenty of entertainment from games to a hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you might need for cooking. Our total party was four adults and three kids and we all had plenty of room. About five minutes away from Deer Valley where you can take a complementary shuttle or a quick five minute drive to Main Street in downtown Park City. Beautiful view of the mountains. Our kids were so sad to come home!

We stayed at this place with another family friend. We had a great time. The description for this property is right on as far as the place being perfect! Very comfortable, very clean, kitchen was stacked up with everything we needed, and then some.Beautiful Mountain View’s, nice clean windows to see outside. Beds were very comfortable We really enjoyed our trip. Plus, Trent was like no other property owner that we have dealt with in the past. He was extremely helpful and attentive and truly cares about his guests. We would definitely go back.Also, it was very easy to go everywhere and especially to the ski base using the shuttle system. We had rented a car, but we barely used it. The shuttle picked us up right at the front door and the most we ever waited for the shuttle was six minutes. Highly recommend this place.

An incredible family ski vacation!

This is our second time staying here, but our first in winter. Everything was wonderful, as always! Trent is a very gracious host - super responsive and helpful to any and all questions. We had a blast skiing Deer Valley and making memories as a family! The shuttle service was so convenient for trips to and from Snow Park Lodge. Truly door to door service! The house has everything you need (and more!) and we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after a full day of skiing! Our kids also loved sledding in the backyard and building snowmen and igloos. The game room is a huge plus too - pool table, gaming system, Pac-Man, Peloton, etc. We all agreed, it was one of our favorite trips and we were sad to leave! Don’t hesitate to book here. You will not regret it!

First time skiing in Utah

We go on an annual ski trip and decided to try Park City this year instead of Colorado. I’m glad we did. Staying at this condo was the best decision we made when looking for a place to stay. It is so convenient so the slopes, Main Street, and the airport. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all the meals that we made. We looked forward to the hot tub every night after a long day of skiing. We even enjoyed having a pool tournament with our teens. The Ms Pac Man game was a hit too with our kids (ok mostly me). Trent was very kind and allowed us to check out a little later the day we left. He was also very responsive when I had to text him a few times. We will definitely go back to Park City and stay here in the future. Book this one today - you won’t regret it!
