This four bedroom, five bathroom home is located in the highly desirable Gold Coast area of Old Town, Park City. This mountain modern home is a unique 2023 new-build nestled in the comfort of the most historic residential area of town. From the moment you enter this cozy chic retreat, it sets the tone for an overall exceptional Park City experience. The attention to interior detail creates a mountain modern feel that is contemporary yet inviting.

PREMIUM LOCATION │ This home is located on upper Woodside Avenue, one of the most desirable addresses in Park City's historic Old Town, with convenient access to the Town Lift, Main Street, and the free shuttle. Our ideal location meets everyone's needs and eliminates the logistic hassles. Staircases on either side of the house lead to the center of Main Street where you'll find exquisite dining, shopping and entertainment. The Pedestrian/Ski Access Trail to the PCMR Town Lift is just steps away. If you choose to walk to the lift it's an easy 4-5 minute downhill walk to the trail and a quick ski to the Town Lift.

My family loved the home which is immaculate and very high tech. Each couple had their own bathroom, the kitchen was well stocked, the jacuzzi and outdoor grills were great, and there were amazing views from the balconies. The open floor plan worked well for our group. The location is ideal-a short walk to the stairs for access to the ski trail down to the town lift and also stairs to Main Street. Highly recommend this home.

This property was perfect for our annual company retreat. Each partner had a bedroom and bathroom and the living area was perfect for our meetings. Would be perfect for a couple families on a ski trip too. This house left no detail to chance. It was wonderfully thought out and accommodating . Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I took our 3 adult sons skiing for Spring Break. We chose this rental based on location to downtown and ease of lift access. We were not disappointed! The home was well appointed and fit all our needs. There were plenty of spaces for us to hang out together and separately. The view from the hot tub is perfect and relaxing. I love the modern kitchen and its seamless cabinet system. We recommend this location as a 10/10! Walking distance to town (shopping, dining) and to skiing via the Town Center Lift. I hope to stay here again.
