About this property
Ski-In/Ski-Out, Hot Tub, Walk to Main Street
Absolutely one of the best locations in Park City!
Dreaming of the ultimate Park City getaway? Welcome to your mountain-side retreat—a luxurious four-bedroom, three-bath escape perfectly nestled between the slopes and the soul of the city.
Located on the coveted “Gold Coast” of Park City, this beautifully maintained home offers a rare true Ski-In/Ski-Out experience from the Quit N’ Time ski run—no shuttles, no schlepping gear, just step out the door and you’re on the slopes. After a full day of powder turns, ski straight back to your private deck, where a steaming outdoor hot tub awaits under the stars.
Inside, you’ll find the comforts of home elevated: modern furnishings, cozy mountain touches, and lightning-fast 1.1 Gbps Wi-Fi for staying connected (if you must). With a one-car garage and driveway space for another vehicle, you can bring the whole crew stress-free.
But the magic doesn’t stop with snow. In warmer months, this home transforms into a hiker’s and mountain biker’s paradise with trails right outside your door and hundreds of world-class routes weaving through the hills.
Did we mention Main Street is just two blocks away? Whether you’re grabbing brunch, shopping for local art, or dancing the night away, you’ll walk to everything—no parking meters, no winter driving, just fun.
Perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends, this gem blends luxury, location, and adventure into one unforgettable vacation.

Had a great stay here! Nice, cozy and quiet condo in a fantastic location, a few minutes’ walk to the center of downtown Park City. Everything was as advertised, instructions and communication were good, the place was clean, and the garage-into-condo stairway was a bonus when it was snowing outside. Would def stay here again.
Great stay! Well equipped kitchen. Especially appreciated the selection of spices and other kitchen basics such as salt, sugar and pepper.Great location for ski in/out with easy access from the slopes via the Quit’in Time run which also leads down to the Town Lift.Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, galleries and a State Liquor Store with a decent wine selection.
Perfect location and comfortable rooms. Even the loft was intriguing but probably better for those of less age. We didn’t ski as it was October but this would be a great place to rent during the season. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking and the large table was great for meals. We enjoyed staying here and will hopefully be back.
Comfortable stay for four friends. We each had our own bedroom. We felt the property had everything we needed. Hot tub was nice after hiking. Fireplace was also cosy. Tons of restaurants on Main St. and a convenince store for anything else. Going down to Main St. was a hike but we considered it part of the experience. Being high up provides gorgeous views of the area.
David responds promptly. His home is clean, well-equipped and well-maintained. It is less than 200 yards down to Main Street. No negatives. However, the ski-in only works if the ski area has enough snow to open the ski run needed to access the home, which it didn't have over '25 X-mas break. This should not deter you, because you can easily drive to Park City Mountain ski area, and the parking is free, provided that you first reserve on-line, which is easy, and also because the ski-out part requires you to use the SLOW Town Lift. Better to just drive the mile or so to the resort, park next to the First Time lift, and off you go.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
The location of this property was very convenient, and communication with Dave was prompt and helpful. That said, a few details could be improved. Some of the dishes and cups didn’t seem fully cleaned, and we noticed a couple of small things like hair ties on door knobs and some stains on the furniture. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, and a different type of sheet might make for a better night’s sleep. We also didn’t realize that many homes in Park City don’t typically have air conditioning, so it was warmer indoors than we expected. Overall, it worked out fine for lodging, and with a little more attention to comfort and cleanliness, it could be a really great stay.
Perfect location to host a few people, hot tub was great, amenities were great, all the appliances worked well and the house was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this location to anyone.
everything was great, the location especially. it is exceptionally well equipped in the kitchen and the closet with all the games. we visited in the fall so the ski area wasn't open but a great time to be in Park City
The location was great but there was construction right next door on one side and two doors down on the other side. The painters left tape on the floor in one bathroom and there was no extra toilet paper or paper towels. Kitchen was dirty behind the sink and a nasty sponge to clean dishes. In all my years of renting through VRBO I have not been this disappointed in a rental.
House could not have be better situated. We had a brief delay getting into the house do to the cleaning crew running late, but the owner handled the issue and it was smooth sailing after that. Would definitely stay again.
I host an annual ski trip comprised of friends from across the country. We go to the Park City area every other year. It is nearly impossible to beat the convenience of this house with both great town access and ski in / ski out. David is also an incredibly responsive and helpful host. If you have a larger group, one item you may want to have in mind is that the access to the slopes / the hot tub is through one of the bedrooms so you'll want to get some salt to clean off some steps on the side of the house if you don't want to traffic through that room (relevant mostly if you're not one family).
Great ski-in/ski-out location, walking distance to the Main St., garage parking spot, well stocked kitchen, grill and hot tub. Not sure anything was missing for our group. Thank you.
Great house in Park City downtown w/ access to skiing
House was as advertised and was easy to work with owner. Short 2 blocks to the main street of Park City, and quick hike up the hill to Quitin' Time trail that leads to town lift. While you could ski over to Canyons side, was easer to drive or take bus there. Space was comfortable as a family of 4, but would likely be tight if you filled up all the beds and bedrooms.
We loved our stay! David was super responsive and made the checkin checkout process so easy. The location of the property is amazing for ski in/ski out and walking to the village for apres ski or dinner. We had a blast and loved the hot tub!
