Main Street is a 5-6 min walk down the stairs; the way back is a big climb. Parking fits 2 mid-size cars. Book your ski week now.

The ski setup (shared with the community):
    • The ski tower across the street, about 150 feet away, is shared by the King`s Crown community (about 12 homes). It is not private to this home.
    • Your own ski locker in the tower, plus the elevator, a lounge, and a rooftop with an 8-person hot tub (open year-round) and a fire pit.
    • Ski out from the tower onto King`s Crown Run to the Payday Express lift.
    • Staffed apres-ski with drinks and appetizers in the tower, 3-6 pm during ski season.

    Your private rooftop:
    • A 4-person hot tub and an outdoor gas fireplace, just for this home
    • Outdoor dining and a gas grill with mountain, valley and town views

    Inside:
    • Living room with a gas fireplace and a 55-inch HDTV with Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+ and Prime Video
    • Chef kitchen: Thermador gas range and oven, dishwasher, island seating, drip coffee maker and Keurig, blender, toaster

    Good to know:
    • The home has 4 levels connected by stairs. The elevator is in the shared tower, not in the home.
    • Parking is 2 mid-size cars only: 1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway, both a tight fit.

    Guest access
The whole home is yours: all 4 levels, every bedroom and bath, and the private rooftop with its 4-person hot tub, gas fireplace and grill. Self check-in with a keypad. Parking is 2 mid-size cars only: 1 in the garage, 1 in the driveway, both tight. The ski tower across the street (about 150 feet) is shared with about 12 King`s Crown homes: your ski locker, the elevator, lounge, 8-person hot tub and fire pit.

    The neighborhood
You are on the slopes here: cross the street to the shared ski tower and ski out on King`s Crown Run to the Payday Express lift at Park City Mountain. Guests call it hilly walking distance to town, and it is: historic Main Street is a 5-6 minute walk down the stairs beside the home, with shops, restaurants and winter lights, and a real climb on the way back. For a day off the slopes, ask us about snowmobile tours, a bobsled ride at Utah Olympic Park, snow tubing or a sleigh ride at Soldier Hollow.

    Getting around
You can ski from the tower and walk to Main Street, so the car can stay parked all week. Parking fits 2 mid-size cars only: 1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway, both tight, with no third spot, so plan to carpool. From December through March, or whenever there is snow, 4WD with snow tires or chains is highly recommended.

    Other things to note
    • Shared ski tower: the tower, its hot tub, fire pit, lounge, elevator and apres bar are shared by about 12 King`s Crown homes.
    • Stairs: 4 levels inside, no elevator in the home. The walk back up from Main Street is a lot of stairs.
    • Parking: 2 mid-size cars only (1 garage, 1 driveway, both tight). No third spot.
    • Camera: one doorbell camera at the front door, for security only, with no view inside.
    • King`s Crown Run access depends on resort snow conditions.

Host was responsive. House was nice. Location was amazing for mountain. We had an issue with the heating system, which never got fully resolved. Also the layout of the house was cumbersome with 4 levels and 3 of the bedrooms being on the bottom floor (where it got hot). There was insufficient cookware to make a meal for our group. But overall great.

Everything you’d want and a great location

Super convenient access to the slopes just across the street and 12 min walk to main street. Feels even bigger than listed w multiple group gathering places indoors and outdoors witj four-person hot-tub. Clean, well-stocked, very fresh/new. Only issue is the vertical layout (four floors of staircases) which could be challenging for older adults or young children.

Family and Friends ski vacation

We planned a long weekend ski trip with another family in Park City and this was the perfect accommodation for two families. We had plenty of space for nine people and two cars. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house is right across the street from access to the ski trail, with a place to store ski equipment and a great apre ski scene with drinks and snacks.

So great!

STOP LOOKING and book this place! The house was spacious with heated floors, incredible views, and amazing rooftop firepit and hot tub. The owners/ rental company provided detailed instructions and were very accommodating throughout our stay. They even provided a nice welcome basket that set the tone for the weekend. The house had everything we needed and was family friendly. We enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop observing the views and heading up to the clubhouse for happy hour. The location was perfect being walking distance from town and a perfect ski in/ski out.

Smile High Haven

We had the perfect last minute ski trip at Smile High Haven. We saw it available and decided to head up to the mountains for a last-minute end of season spring ski trip. The house seemed brand new, was very spacious/comfortable, and had incredible views. The snow could have been better, but that was expected being so late in the season. Either way, there may not be a better ski-in/ski-out on the mountain. It was a 10-minute walk downtown and a true ski-in/ski-out with awesome clubhouse to après. The clubhouse had end of day snacks, beer, and wine that we took advantage of everyday. Not having a rental car, we were truly reliant on the proximity to town and ski-in/ski-out description and were so glad it all worked out. We can’t rave about this place enough and will definitely rebook.

Beautiful home.

The house was lovely and so thoughtfully appointed. The manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. The house was a walk from the ski school which was difficult with little kids. We loved the property for adults

The house is in a great location. the kitchen had all you could need. We had a smoke detector go off with a low battery the first night somewhat late after a full day of travel, but they came and handled right away. There was a leak in the ceiling in the living room the last couple of days. Not much they could have done about it, but the living area is pretty small and it definitely was not the best case scenario for being able to hang out. There were workers in and out trying to fix it, chipping away at the ice outside,etc...and we had a huge pot on the floor collecting the water. We owned a home in the Bahamas and rented it through VRBO and whenever a customer had an issue we did our best to make up for the inconvenience. send them to dinner on us... something. When you spend a pretty penny to stay somewhere on vacation and then something unfortunate happens, this just seems like the right thing to do. Alas, they did not, and that's ok. Just wanted future renters to know. Slightly annoyed in Park City. :)
