Nestled alongside the scenic cross-country ski trail and within easy walking distance of Park City Mountain Resort, this 1,610 sq. ft. retreat is within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and the free Park City transit line—placing the best of Park City lodging right at your doorstep.

This two-story gold-rated Park City vacation rental features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and a convenient half bath on the main level. Upstairs, you'll find two private bedrooms and an open loft bedroom, along with three full bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Bedding includes a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and another queen bed in the loft space. The loft is open to the second bedroom, making it ideal for families or close friends sharing the space. This well-appointed rental also includes portable air conditioning units in the living room and the master bedroom for warmer summer months.

Guests will enjoy Wi-Fi access throughout the unit, along with the added luxury of a private hot tub in the atrium-style courtyard—perfect for soaking under the stars after a day on the slopes or trails. (Please note: private hot tubs are deactivated during summer. Summer activation is available with 72-hour advance notice for $35 per day plus tax.) Park City’s free year-round bus system is easily accessible from the complex, making it easy to explore all corners of town without a car.

Excellent unit to stay in ! Extremely clean and comfortable! The communication was great and everything was there that we needed . A few of the pots need to be replaced as they were hard to clean but everything else exceeded our expectations. Also great proximity to everything! we would definitely recommend!

Location, location and location - Amazing!

Our family of four, along with two adult friends stayed at this property - and there was plenty of space for all! The pictures honestly do not do it justice. It has everything you can possibly need for your stay and it was all of quality. The beds were comfy and the loft area (not shown in the pictures) has a queen size mattress AND a single pull out twin sofa; the teens appreciated the space. The unit is updated, clean and nicely decorated. It was fantastic to have a hot tub in the unit too, especially after a day of skiing. Easy 10-12 minute walk to the Payday ski lift in Park City. There's a super market across the street (with a Starbucks!). I would highly recommend staying here and am planning to book again.

Great 2 Condo with lots of Bathrooms

This was a well stocked, super clean, surprisingly roomy 2 level condo. We loved it, especially the private hot tub, radiant fireplace, mountain views, walking distance to PC mountain, shopping and restaurants! The loft is super cool and is a huge, private bedroom w/bath which we did not expect! Would definitely come back to this VRBO property!

Wonderful Condo, close to Park City Slopes

Family of 6 with 4 late teens, loved the well appointed condo and skiing. Plenty of room for all, and many unexpected extras: heated bathroom floors, great kitchen for cooking with plenty of cookware, cook books and dishes: 6 :yes 6 or more levels ambient lighting first floor: reverse osmosis water filter under kitchen sink, ( you may scratch your head, hubby is water geologist, we bought 10 gallons of water which we returned). The boys enjoyed the private hot tub. Hubby and I enjoyed the club, outdoor pool and hot tubs, We all had comfortable beds and stocked bathrooms. We had a bathroom glitch, which was handled by Identity properties. Charming living room, we did not use much. We were the eat, ski, hot tub, eat and sleep family. I purposely disconnected from electronics, the boys and hubby used Wi -Fi. Over all a 10 star vacation, thank you home owners and property managers
