The Red House At 416 Park Avenue-Upper Unit
This historic home is located at 416 Park Avenue, THE ABSOLUTE BEST LOCATION IN OLD TOWN. It's in the heart of Old Town and is on the National Register of Historic Places. This unmatched location overlooks Miner's Plaza Park and Historic Main Street from the back deck and offers the benefit of off-street parking in front. This house was originally built in 1897 by a merchant on Main Street and then rebuilt after the fire of 1898. In 1989 it was renovated into upper and lower units by current owners, Jack and Ramona,and have constantly upgraded it to exceed expectations. The 900 sq. foot upper unit is rented on a nightly basis. The lower unit can be rented along with the upper unit for 4 or more days, for an extra fee. Please e-mail or call us if this would be of interest to you. The lower unit has the same floorplan as the upper unit, and has 2 bedrooms and one bath, and will also sleep 4-5 people. You can see all the photos of the top and bottom units.
1. Location - Access to the Center of Historic Main Street does not get any easier. Just steps to the No Name Saloon, 412 Bistro, 350 Main, Chimayo, Wasatch Brew Pub, Lounge, Butchers Chophouse and Bar, Town Lift Cafe, Egyptian Theater, High West Distillery and Saloon, and the list goes on with shopping etc. You can GOOGLE these places and just add Park City, Utah, to the selected place and also Google 416 Park Ave. Park City, Utah, search restaurants, shopping, etc.,for more location information.
2. There are NO EXHAUSTING STAIRS TO CLIMB, just park your car in the front off street parking - NO SEARCHING FOR PARKING OR WAITING FOR BUSES - and walk straight in the front door.
3. Very bright natural lighting throughout house.
4. High ceilings in all rooms.
5. Cozy, quiet environment with all the bustle of Main Street right outside your door.
6. A 200 yard DOWNHILL walk takes you to the Town Ski Lift, or to the Park City Transit Center, where you have free bus service to Deer Valley, the Canyons, or just about anywhere in the Park City area, every 10 minutes. If a five minute walk is too long, then the trolley on Main Street will take you to the Transit Center.
7. Be in the CENTER of activity during such events as the Sundance Film Festival, Jazz Festivals, and Arts Festivals, to mention a few.
8. Musical entertainment in Miners Plaza every Sat. and Sun. throughout Summer from approx. 1-5 p.m.

Ramona and Jack are the perfect hosts. Their cozy home is the PERFECT location with walking distance to all restaurants and lifts. They provide snacks, water bottles and starter food which is a nice touch. Beds are comfortable. We will be back!
The little red house was warm, clean, cozy and well supplied with furnishings and little extras throughout. The owner even left a variety of breakfast options! There are little additions that make a stay so much easier such as multiple wall hooks in bathroom, bedrooms, and entryway, boot rack and drier, etc. The location is great for easy access to main street. Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect spot if you want to be near Main Street. Easy walk to the town lift. The property is well represented in the pictures and was extremely clean. The hosts were amazing to deal with even providing snacks and coffee for breakfast after our late night arrival. I'd definitely stay here again.
What a wonderful property in a perfect location, just steps (literally just a few steps) from Main Street! Everything we needed was at our fingertips, and I don’t know that I have ever had better communication with a VRBO owner!
Stay right off Main St rent your skis from Town Lift rentals (they Valet your skis overnight or for lunch) jump on the town lift or get your breakfast at Harvest (awesome) couldn't be easier! Just be sure to make dinner reservations at least 2 weeks out for any of the great places on Main St, they fill up fast!
The house was just perfect. Jack and Ramona were terrific hosts. The house was very clean and very well stocked for all our needs. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was the star of the show. Just steps away from main street restaurants and shops. Perfectly situated in a beautiful (and quiet) residential area of Park City. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck early each morning and again each evening enjoying the sights and sounds of Main Street in Old Town Park City through the trees in the park behind the house. Wonderful memories. Great house. Terrific hosts.
Best property I’ve stayed at yet during the film festival. ( my sixth time) One block off Main where all the good restaurants and shopping is.

Our 6 night stay over Christmas could not have been better! The owners have seen to even the smallest of details in this quaint home. They went above and beyond to provide us with a small Christmas tree in addition to all of the other thoughtful supplies they stocked for us. The location one block off of Main Street is perfection for enjoying Park City with its numerous fun shops, restaurants and bars. Ramona and Jack were incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and responsive to each of our inquiries. We would love to stay here again!
Grand Ma’s Cabin was perfect for Father/daughter ski trip. You are right in heart of the restaurant, bar, shops …literally 2 minutes. The Deer Valley bus is a 5 minute walk and the Park City Base, 10 minutes on foot. We got in early and owners allowed to store gear while home was being cleaned. Easy, Easy, Easy. We. Loved it !
We expected the house to be charming and close to downtown, but we were blown away by how well equipped the house was. We arrived a little early and were assured that we could go ahead and enter. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. They had even included some essentials and water in the refrigerator. Great entertainment with music, big smart TV with lots of channels, a good selection of DVD's. The rear deck overlooks a small park where there was live music a couple of evenings. It was easy to contact the hosts and they were very responsive. I highly recommend staying there.
