This completely renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located on the first floor of building II. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please without having to worry about the morning parking rush or afternoon traffic.

The exquisite kitchen includes everything you will need to cook a meal in. The open floor plan provides ease of conversation while meals are being prepared. The dining area offers seating for six and there is also additional seating at the breakfast bar for two.

The living room includes a large flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and cozy furniture to relax and take in your surroundings. Additional gathering space is available on the balcony, which is perfect for year-round enjoyment. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.

The main bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, a gas-burning fireplace, and an abundance of natural light. The private bathroom includes a spa style bathtub and shower combination.

The second bedroom features a comfortable double-sized bed and twin-sized bed. The shared second bathroom includes a beautiful walk-in shower and a vanity with two sinks.

For your comfort, room amenities include: two flat-screen TVs, a wall safe, hairdryers in both baths, and is designated non-smoking.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
