An unmatched ski-in, ski-out location paired with contemporary alpine design create the ideal Canyons Village retreat in our 3BR penthouse. A stunning new residence right amidst all the amenities of the Village, this exceptional retreat offers an exclusive club room, year-round pool and hot tub, fitness center and family play area. Easy walk-to access to the Sunrise Chairlift, you'll be on the slopes skiing, boarding, hiking or biking in mere moments at Park City Mountain. Canyons Village also delivers on experience with exceptional retail shops, dining, and clubs.

Panoramic views of surrounding mountains and the Village below are found from every floor-to-ceiling window. The open floor plan allows for a large main living area gathering space. A chef's kitchen boasts quartz countertops, custom wood cabinets, and high-end appliances. A breakfast bar and large dining table allow for ample seating for 12 guests. The main living space is warmed by a gas fireplace on chilly alpine evenings. Three balconies, one off the main living area and one off each bedroom suite, means there is plenty of outdoor space to take in the view or whip up something on the BBQ.

Two Primary bedrooms, each with large closets and en suite baths, offer restful retreats. A bunk room with a queen/queen bunk bed, en suite bath, and queen pull-out sofa makes for the ideal kids' space, or room for the whole group to sleep in style. Each bedroom features a 60” smart TV with Amazon firesticks.
On-site guests are treated to a heated, year-round pool and two hot tubs. Cabanas, loungers, outdoor living room with fire table and multiple fire pits deliver the perfect place to relax and recount your mountain adventures. The club room is the best place to start your ski days with a glance at the large screens with real-time conditions, so you know just how to plan your day. Guests will also find a pool table; kids' play place and arcade ensuring the entire family is entertained. Pack your Peloton shoes, as the Penthouse comes complete with its own bike, or head to the on-site fitness center for your work-out an hit the steam room after.

Amazing condo and location

We loved this condo. It was completely renovated and had amazing views. It’s a true ski in and ski out , however the lift next to the condo was not operating and there was a lack of snow so it was muddy so we could not take advantage of that. I highly recommend this condo!!

Beautiful property and location

This is a beautiful large unit. Besides it being new, modern and clean with great space, it had beautiful views of the base and mountains in the distance. Also the location of this property could not have been better and convenient to the slopes. The amenities are fantastic: ski butler (ski to the door where they store your equipment), heated pool, hot tubs, and game room. The people at the management company were very helpful and provided a concierge service who arranged a car service, dinner reservations and stocked our refrigerator. They even had flowers and a card for our teenager's birthday. We really enjoyed our stay.
