The home was immaculately clean. Beds and furnishings very comfortable. Great amenities. Very well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is very quiet. Garry is a great host who is easy to communicate with and who provides a very well maintained property. Highly recommend.

Wished we could have stayed longer.

This home is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We made a last minute plan to go spend some time in the mountains and we were so grateful to have this place to stay because it ended up raining most of the time. We watched movies, played chess, and had an amazing breakfast that is provided for you. Eggs, bacon, homemade bread, honey, orange juice. 😍 The beds were comfortable and the home was extremely clean. I enjoyed sitting on the porch. We will not hesitate to stay here again. The owners are close by and communicated very well.

Cozy, Comfy, Lovely!

What a wonderful house! We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. The owners, who live next door, are gracious and helpful. The house itself has great flow, plenty of room for privacy and also for gathering together. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped with pots, pans and utensils. And there was a small supply of food to get us started -- milk, honey, bread, eggs along with staples from salt and pepper to flour and sugar. Why stop at 5 stars? We'd give it 101 stars!

Clean and Cozy

This place is a cute, cozy little home! Pros: The owners are very friendly and responsive. The home was very clean and the owners have gone above and beyond providing provisions for your stay! Having breakfast there and not having to immediately rush to the store after a 12 hour drive was soooo amazing! They have lots of books and movies for your entertainment. Cons: Outdated. From the furniture to the decor, this place could use some upgrades. While items like the carpet, washer/dryer and refrigerator are new and in great shape (another big pro) there are items throughout the house that could definitely use an update. The biggest one for us was the mattresses. The mattresses are pretty firm and worn down so that you can feel the springs. We went out and bought a foam mattress topper which made all the difference and made the mattress much more comfortable! All in all we really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend this rental and will probably stay again!

Highly recommended! Very comfortable and spotless clean.

I would highly recommend this property. The house was spotless clean and looked better than in the pictures, and in a quiet neighborhood of Khamas. We stayed for 3 weeks in January and skied in Deer Valley. During the week we drove and parked at the main base in Deer Valley, approximately 35 minutes away. In the weekends most of the time we parked at Richardson Flats (less than 20 minutes away) and took the bus to not have to worry about finding a parking spot. Buses are direct to Deer Valley and very frequent; the bus always seemed to be there waiting for us every time.

Wonderful ski getaway

The location was great proximity to Park City (25 minute drive). Everything was just as described. We were delighted to find some breakfast items. Such a treat after our long drive. The grocery store is very convenient. The home was well stocked with anything we needed. We will stay again if we get the chance.

Great Host and Quiet great Neighborhood

Cyndi and Gary are great hosts.The house is spacious, clean and 30 minutes away from Park City Ski Resort. The kichen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of beddings, towels and everything we needed. We definitely enjoyed our stay and were very thankful for the Walkers' hospitality; the breakfast items provided were wonderful especially the honey from their own beehives and home baked bread. I have rented quite a few short term rentals and the Walkers are the best hosts I came across. Gary cleared our driveway from the snow every morning. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. Thank you Cyndi and Gary for everything. We hope to stay with you again next year.

FamilyFun

This is a great rental for families. Kids love the bunk beds when they visit and all the board games. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Fresh made bread and honey from their own hives is always a welcome treat plus all the other breakfast items. TV/ Cable has every channel you could want. The use of the garage is also a perk when raining or snowing. This was our third visit. It’s close to town and easy to find. We’ll be visiting again!

Very Nice Stay in Kamas

We loved staying at this home. The owners are thoughtful and helpful, and did indeed have several breakfast items for us to choose from and enjoy. We hiked in the Uintahs each day, and loved being close. There are so many cattle on the road up though, you need to be careful We saw a mangled truck that had hit one just before we passed them. Maybe bring your own pillows, most are pretty flat. All in all, a great place to stay.

Comfortable, family-friendly space

The house is clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed. Our kids adored the homemade bread and fresh honey and were thrilled to see Stephen's hot cocoa in the pantry. There was also eggs, fruit, juice, and other food in the cupboards. The rental was a great size and the location was great for exploring Park City, Heber, Midway and the rest of the Wasatch Back. Great communication with owner throughout! We would definitely stay here again!

Room for Everyone!

This was our second stay at this home. Large living room and kitchen areas. Fresh baked bread and local honey greeted us on arrival. Milk, coffee, butter, eggs, and bacon for breakfast. Lots of other basic staples for cooking. Grandkids loved the bunk beds & games. Nice to have an enclosed garage.
