Walk to Main Street and Town Lift - Common Hot Tub and Sauna!

  • Sensational Main Street location and sleeping up to 4, this unique condo is perfect for your Park City adventures! One parking space is also provided. It's just one block from Park City Mountain's Town Lift and has out-your-door access to famous restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. And, the free town shuttle stop is right out front; hop on to explore Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village or any of the area's exciting activities and entertainment.

    Recently renovated with:
    -New fireplace
    -New quartz counter tops and stain on cabinets
    -New hall bath
    -New main bath
    -New dining room furniture
    -New lighting, paint, flooring, doors, bedding, artwork and decor throughout.

    The main has a king bed and private bathroom, as well as its own TV, DVD, mini-fridge and coffee maker, making it a private oasis. There are two twins beds which can be made up into a king bed (with advance notice) in the second bedroom. There's another full bath adjacent to the second bedroom.

    The full kitchen has everything necessary for preparing and serving meals, and a dining table with seating for 6. The cozy living room with its fanciful, rustic décor and plush furniture is perfect for lounging by the wood-burning fireplace while enjoying a show on the large screen TV.

    Park Station 227 adjoins Park Station 229 and the two can be combined to accommodate up to 12 people. Bring the whole crew!

    Park Station complex amenities include a newly constructed outdoor heated pool and hot tub available in the winter and summer, an indoor hot tub and sauna in Building 2 for guests to enjoy, free wi-fi, elevator, laundry facility, and parking for one car. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Deluxe rating.

This is a great property in a great location for a fun stay in Park City. Very nice and clean. Attentive property management. Very quick to respond to questions! Easy to walk to Main Street and many restaurants. Great on-site free parking as well. The wide angle camera shots online are a little deceiving of the size, bathrooms are very small. But it certainly wouldn’t stop me from staying here, just not what the image looked like. I would definitely give this 5 stars and for sure stay here again! And thanks to the management for your quick responses and kindness and willingness to help!! You were awesome!!!

The condo felt very safe and secure, and the unit itself was beautiful! Super comfortable and spacious for 2 people (and you could easily fit 2 more). The location couldn't have been better - restaurants and stores are within a few steps and you're right along the bike/walk/run path that runs all throughout Park City. Highly recommend!

This condo is a perfect location for enjoying the summer in Park city. Fabulous street market took place just steps outside our house on Sunday afternoon. Easy to walk to all the fabulous restaurants and shops. Pool and hot tub for a welcome addition during a hot week.

Stayed here for 5 days on a family ski trip. Location is fantastic for skiers at Park City. Property management company were very responsive when we had a problem with the fire alarm (low battery warning beeping every couple of minutes). Highly recommend— would stay here again.

Beautifully updated space with comfy beds!

We absolutely loved the condo. Five stars for the owner ⭐️ The property management however was not so enjoyable. They spent the week leading up to our trip repeatedly emailing me a link to electronically sign a document, which couldn’t be completed on my phone. Then they started texting to remind us to fill it out, finally got to a laptop to do so. Then, they disappeared. They tried to email us the check-in information the morning of our arrival, but it didn’t come through (even in spam). So we arrived with no idea where to go, what building we were in, codes to get in, etc. It was frustrating since we had just driven an hour & all needed to use a restroom. Advice would be just to ask for info the day before so you’re better prepared. (I rarely complain....but it was that frustrating.) ;) The perfection of the condo outweighed those issues. You are at the bottom of Main Street, so bring your walking shoes!
