Everything was nice and clean. The check in was easy, as was checking out. The indoor hot tub was not working, without notice too, and we had repeated issues with our door code. The code we were given would not work, and needed it reset multiple times during our visit.

great location but very average property
Very little customer service. Dated property with few amenities. Tiny, dated and dark room. Not a great value. One can pay just a little more and stay at a branded hotel where you know what to expect for quality. The Location was the redeeming quality.
A simple hotel style room that was plenty enough for the 2 of us. The host was excellent the two times we contacted then they were efficient getting back to us on our questions.
The room was overall clean, but we found the accommodations in the room to be slightly lacking, as there was no hand soap (we used the face soap) and no password protected wifi which we found odd. The hot water ran out midway through one shower. The door to the room that is connected to our let in a lot of noise and we could hear their conversations even when they were speaking at a normal tone. They also kept trying to open the door to our room, so there should be some sort of sign to discourage this. The location to the ski lift and Main Street is unbeatable, and we definitely enjoyed our stay, just minor things.
Great location in the old part of Park City. Room was clean, however, we had difficulty getting the room cooled down with the a/c. In addition, one night we came home and there was a strong smell of the dinner a neighboring room was cooking. Other than that, the room had just what we needed for our two night stay.
Location and room were as advertised. Unfortunately, there was a lot of work going on in the building which will be good for future quests. The location couldn't be better.
Very easy walk to lift, transit station and everything on Main Street. Had a slight delay in getting our door to open when we arrived, but the management answered the phone immediately and solved it in minutes for us.
Highly recommended

Park City Lodging
Arrival was stressful as I was not notified the garage would be blocked and no directions were provided on how to get to the parking area or where my bldg was located.
Loved the location. A few details were missed with the checkin, like putting in code then pressing star. It was a bit difficult to find the correct building and we weren’t sure where we should park. Over all the stay was great once we figured all that out. I did need an iron and did not see laundry facilities until I already bought a steamer for my dress.
Unresolved issues:
When on Floor 3, the elevator would not come up to floor 3. We could hear it come to 2 and then go back to floor 1. Unfortunately, the couple who was supposed to stay with us could not access the building and had to find last minute accomodations - very costly. No one from maintenance came to inspect the elevator. I understand this is a maintenance issue for 3rd party contractor Compass, however, my dispute is not with them. An elevator should be operable for the building or another unit should have been provided immediately. Neither took place and this went unresolved for our entire stay. I was forced to carry our luggage on the stairs and further injured my knee - which then led to a subpar ski experiece for our entire trip.
We were locked out of our room in bathing suits for over an hour. After I was able to locate the on-call service, Fred tried several times to do the emergency unlock unsuccessfully. Finally, he did get us access to the room. This delay caused us to miss our dinner reservation.
I specifically booked Park Station due to advertising the dry sauna. Unfortunately, the sauna was not operable. It was determined the sauna has not been operable for quite some time. The misleading advertising should be updated immediately.
The site advertising also states -
"Walk to Park City Mountain" Park City Lodging mentioned themselves the VRBO post is misleading and they could face a signficant fine for implying ski-in, ski-out.
DO NOT STAY!
The location was perfect for our trip - walking distance to many sights and the Transportation Center. No view of beautiful Park City though.
A few additions that would improve the room:
a brighter bathroom light - the light in the shower area was very dim;
Another waste basket - there was only one very small basket next to the toilet - not adequate;
Some hooks in the entry would be very convenient.
My 13 year old son and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is a little dated, which we knew, but the location was incredibly convenient. We easily grabbed shuttles to Deer Valley and back and had every necessary convenience right outside our door along Main Street and Park Ave. We enjoyed the hot tub every night after a long day skiing and it was plenty big to accommodate multiple parties. Would definitely stay here again.
A little dated (read: better value) but a great spot that is very walkable to all things downtown Park City! Very clean! Microwave/small refrigerator/coffee maker/table two chairs as well as a pool and other on-site amenities we did not check out. Yummy beds.
Thanks to Team Park City Lodging!
While the unit is on the simple side, it was perfect for enjoying anything you wanted to do. Easy walk to downtown or the shuttle for skiing. All in all a great experience

Fantastic Time
Lodging was as advertised. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and within walking distance of everything we wanted. Rented equipment with Park City Sports and got the discount for staying with Park City Lodging. Very easy walk to Town Lift where you pick up your skis from the Park City Valet each day and then get on the lift. Could not be easier. Staff at Park City Lodging was super nice/helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice location, limited amenities
Location is very close to Park City-Town Lift for skiing making for an easy walk. Room itself is akin to a hotel room, with limited, or no, daily service. Indoor hot tub in our building was out of service for entire stay. Some type of building alarm went off at 5 a.m. one day, and about 6:00 p.m. the next day for no apparent reason.
