All was great. Note: bed is very hard, as well as the couch bed.
Great!

Very nice condo walking distance to skiing and restaurants
This condo is perfectly convenient for walking just across the street to ski at Park City! It’s also an easy walk to the grocery store and Main Street shops and restaurants. We appreciated that it was very clean and well stocked with paper products, cooking essentials, and plenty of bath towels. We will be back!

Great Location
Location was perfect, across the street from the lift. It is well furnished and appointed, newly renovated. Had the two most importing things: good bed/bedding, and a good shower (pressure, temperature, and shower head). The pictures are accurate. I would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Park City
Beautiful little condo. Nicely re done and excellent location across road from base area and quick walk into town. The only complaints are very short on parking and the mattress was awful and needs replacing. Would definitely stay here again though.
Property was very clean and updated, everything was in working order and it is an easy walk to the lifts. Only downside was the mattress in the bedroom and it’s a little noisy from the upstairs neighbors and parking lot. Ski hard enough and have a cocktail and you’ll sleep through it.
This place was very cute, very clean and in a great location right across the street from Park City Mountain. It was also walking distance from downtown. Only complaints were the bed wasn’t that comfortable, with my husband and I falling in the center. It was also difficult to start a fire with the wood provided.
I brought my 5 yr old with me for a spring break mommy/son trip. The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and very nicely stocked with everything we could need. The property management was great even when my 5 yr old locked us out.
I will say what other reviews have already said, the beds weren’t the best and the walls are thin. But that being said, we didn’t lose a moments sleep due to the rest of the comfort factors of the house and the amount of energy we burned during the day.
Thank you for a wonderful week we won’t soon forget.
The people upstairs were SO LOUD past 10pm and as early as 6AM. I reached out to property manager but they said they don’t do that unit but the way they sounded was like “too bad. We don’t care. Call the police”…..I didn’t want to deal with the police because i know that they won’t do anything about the noise ordinance. The property management can call the unit upstairs and enforce quiet hours. It was so loud that we can hear the words of the songs they were playing.
Good place. Great service. We had a little problem getting the lock working but the people in the office helped us out and got everything sorted.

Great location to lifts.
Incredible proximity to lifts, short 15 min walk to most bars and restaurants. Living space was very nice. Only issue is the thermostat/heating is really dated and it only blew hot air into the bedroom. Living area was cold while bedroom would be boiling if you leave the door closed. Great place, just needs new thermostat
Wonderful 1 bedroom apt within walking distance to Main Street and park ave restaurants. Very cozy, clean and modern. Great heating system. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay excellent rental. Highly recommend.
We love the location and the condo…everything was great except for the face the keypad did not work and the bed was so uncomfortable we had to sleep on the pullout.
We enjoyed our stay at powder point. We loved the wood fireplace and we thought the condo was clean and well kept with lots of stocked amenity’s. Location is just about a mile or so away from Main Street so it’s convenient for downtown shopping. 15min or so from Deer Valley. We did have some issues with noise in the condo. The you can hear everything in the rooms around you. All in all… good place to stay for a small group
Good location, easy walk to Alpine village & restaurants on Main Street. The unit was clean and well equipped, and the Check in/out process was simple.
The family and I had a great time, will be back again!
Everything we wanted to do was within a mile of the condo. It made it super easy to walk back and forth from downtown for meals and drinks. The condo had everything we needed and was super cozy for the two of us. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
We absolutely loved this place! The location was perfect - right at the base of the mountain and it was super easy to find. Everything we needed was there and organized in really intuitive places so it felt warm and welcoming. We really enjoyed the cabin feel and made a fire every night. The hot tub is great! And we called the property management group because we didn't have the code to get into the hot tub and they answered right away and were so helpful and nice! I can't thank this owner and management group enough! We will definitely be coming back and staying here again!
Best location if you are skiing in Park City (across the street from parking lot and base lifts)
I just spent 9 nights at this apartment with my husband and we really enjoyed our time there. The place is very spacious with a large kitchen and living room which we used a lot since we were working and cooking during the week. The only downside was the noise from the neighbors. The walls are thin so you can hear everything the neighbors above and adjacent do. If you are a light sleeper or get bothered by the noise this is probably not the place for you. Otherwise, this apartment was great!

Good choice
Great location if you want to ski or walk to Park City Main Street. The bus makes it super convenient too. Clean condo with nice TV and good cable and Wi-Fi. Hot tub was convenient. Only knock was the couch is a little uncomfortable and noise from the neighbors but that wasn’t bad either. Highly recommend this condo and good value for what you get.

Recently renovated yes, but low end. TV was not HD although its big. Not a cooking-friendly kitchen
We had to ask for basic supplies such as a colander and cutting board, which were promptly supplied. Decorated a la TJ Maxx but pretty to look at. Not enough parking spaces for the complex. No ski locker provided. Convenient to Park City skiing and town.
