Very clean, spacious comfortable room with kitchenette. Had everything I needed. 2 minutes walk to the train station and shopping center.
Only fault was people parking cars during the night chatting outside and dragging luggage past the window.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic next to the train station and the area is incredibly safe as is the rest of Krakow. The room was quiet and the gym was good
