"Had confirmation of the room but when we arrived, it took an hour and a half to get into a room because it wasn't showing we had a room and the staff just laughed about it. Toilet ran all night, holes in the walls, a/c had to be on 55 to work so we either froze or burnt up. I definitely don't recommend staying there. "

The only part that I wish they would change is the attentiveness to the snack area.
