"Zachary was extremely unfriendly and made me feel very uncomfortable from The moment I walked in until his shift was over. He purposely gave me a room that he just checked to make sure was ready and it smelled of bleach. When I asked for some bottles of water he made sure to tell me it was for only red roof ready members and I was not. I would have happily signed up if he just asked. I felt like I was prisoner checking into a jail cell. When I called him to tell him about the the smell in the room he said he could just cancel my reservation. I told him I wanted him to make this right and just give me another room. He said they are all sold out and I said even a double? And then somehow he found one that was available. Later in the night when my key cards weren’t working he didn’t say oh no worries we can fix that. He blamed me for putting them next to my phone. My girl said thank you and he did not say you’re welcome or anything. I won’t be staying at this redroof again "
