"We cannot say enough GREAT things about this property! It was immaculate, perfect space for us, and the outdoor covered patio was a much needed reprieve in the afternoon and evenings, especially with the fire pit!! The beds were very, very comfortable and the pillows were so awesome!! The hosts were TOP NOTCH - very kind, responded to messages and requests very quickly! Location was superb - we were in town for the Bentonville half marathon and it was very convenient to the square! Walkable but was raining the morning of the race, so we drove I would give this property and the hosts a 10/5 stars…HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property!! "

"Overall we enjoyed our visit. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Proximity to town was incredible-we walked downtown several times! 1 ice cream @ Spark rules! The bike room was great for storage, the 3 king beds were great, the hot tub (small) was a nice touch, but this house is just ok TBH. One bathroom was difficult for 4 people, the yard is an embarrassment on the street. I never want to leave a bad review but we wouldn’t be running back to stay here again. We’ve stayed at several houses in Bentonville and while location is the big driver for this one, I preferred the houses our friends stayed at, and the houses we stayed at in the past, to this one. If the price and location and hot tub are your needs then this house is great. "
