Great stay for the price

We were simply looking for a place to stay for a nearby family event. We did not take advantage of the boating and river ammenities but they were definitly there. No river view but the mountains are beautiful. We all know that you get what you pay for and this rental was priced accordingly. It was not fancy or lavish but I would stay there again.

This home is a bit off the beaten path (10-15 minutes from Parker Strip, the casino, groceries/gas) but the trade-off is a quiet, peaceful location! The home is also very well-equipped and comfy. Would be good for a family, or couples. Cute backyard with lots to do. Big front deck that would have been fun to hang out on, had weather been a bit warmer. Plenty of parking (it looked like - we just had a car) for trucks/trailers. All in all, great place to stay and get a feel for the area!

Great Stay!

My husband and I spent 5 nights at this property. We were with a large group who were in several houses in the area. We were surprised to find out the house across the street, with the same owners, is where our immediate family was staying. We didn’t realize they would be so close and it was great. Even though we took everything we needed to cook with, it was nice to see the kitchen stocked with so many spices. It was supplied with adequate pots and pans, utensils and dishes. There were many little extras that I haven’t seen in other homes we have rented. The house is close to River Island State Park which is where we spent most of our days. The owners were very kind and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this home again.

Good spot for what we needed

Nice home for a weekend stay and owner was friendly. Parking is not great, especially for a trailer. House cleaner was still there an hour after we were supposed to check in so we waited outside...leading to a noticeably hurried effort inside. Trash cans located right by the front porch were jam packed and overflowed onto the ground when we arrived and they smelled horrible. Would stay again but will remind owner which day we will arrive so it is ready on time.

An Enjoyable Place!

This is a great rental. The property was clean, the decor was pleasant, the home was well stocked (including comfortable beds and bedding with plenty of hot water and shower pressure!). The host was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our time and would not hesitate to rent again. We spent time on the river, at the park area, off-road exploring, and visiting Lake Havasu/London Bridge area.

we have a 6 month old so i was worried about noise, it was so peaceful, clean! the most cute decor . you could tell they take pride to every little detail ! tvs in each room! kitchen equiped with everything ! we just loved it so much we cant wait to come back ❤️
