More seating in the living room to enjoy a movie or memorable conversations. If that's not enough space there two separate patios. You'll have peace of mind knowing your watercraft is right there with you on the dock to come and go at a moments notice. Kitchen if fully equipped to prepare your meals as well as BBQ.
