The parking was convenient. We did not use the pool. We stay here often because it is close to our workplace when we have to stay over. It's clean, in good condition, inexpensive, and the people are excellent.

Very comfortable, but open up the lobby.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the lobby was locked at all times, requiring going outside and ringing the bell to get into the lobby for coffee in the morning. (Coffee was cold, by the way.)

That staff was extremely nice the room was clean for what it was ! But it was very worn down chain on door broken , ice machine broken , pool broken bathroom fan broken ! I stress again no signs of bugs staff extremely friendly and nice

Alright Place

Used a discount booking site and this was the cheapest there and there not many amenities. Check-in was easy enough and the clerk showed me to my room and it was fine. I looked at the bed, it was a room with two double beds, and turned out o be comfortable. There was no hair drier, but the did have an iron and board. Their WiFi was good. All room entrances were from the hall way.

You get what you pay for. Spend the extra $$ and book somewhere else. First, the good things: The room was clean (for the most part) and the hotel staff were super friendly (although my sister was convinced that both the hotel owner and the night time registration clerk were both creepy psychopaths that were going to murder us in our sleep). I thought they were nice. Which is why it's getting 2 stars instead of just 1. Now the bad: Half of the reason we booked t his hotel was because the pool looked awesome on the website. When we got there, the pool was not only closed, but looked like it had been closed for a while as the place was being used for storage. No where on the website did it indicate that the pool was closed. As I was checking in The hotel has a strict "No Smoking" policy: There is a sign on the door leading to the lobby that indicates there is no smoking allowed in the building. At the registration desk there are two signs indicating no smoking and that if it is discovered a guest smoked inside their room, a $150 cleaning fee will be added to their bill. At check in the clerk not only verbally told me "no smoking" but I had to sign an agreement as well that said I wouldn't smoke. About the time I was signing that, the hotel owner came to the front desk to make sure my check in was running smoothly and also told me that if I wanted to smoke I'd have to go outside. Fine. Neither my sister nor I smoke. I signed (more on this in a minute). The

I wasn't expecting much for $34 but the price, location and ease of registering was hard to pass up. Pros were price, location, parking, it was quiet, the window opened so we could air it out. Cons were it's definitely a bit old and dated and had a musty stale odor.. The odor dissipated once we opened window for a bit. But... We saw zero bugs or cob webs/spider webs!!! It was clean.. Stains noted on furniture, peeling paint, scuffs here and there, etc. Like I said.. It's old. There was no microwave if that matters to anyone but there is a small fridge. My hubs said shower pressure was great. It was under 2 miles one way to a great local coffee shop, Rise and Restore... And about 2 miles the other way to Tudor's Biscuit World.
