Parkesburg Shopping Center

There was sand in the bed and sewer flies in the shower. The floor is uneven and feels like the house is going to collapse.

Had a great stay. Rooms were nice, cafe was very good but the restaurant needs a manager to focus on guest. Food was ok, reason being... It wasn't hot enough. Everything was luke warm. Needs some improvement in that department. I didn't eat everything on the menu, so maybe other things were better than what I ordered, but the chop needed to be cooked about 4plus minutes. Everything else about the place was really nice and I definitely would go back.

I was frustrated at first because I didnt get the info from hotels.com that you have to fill put some form the hotel emails and then they give you a code and room number because there is no person at a desk! However? They answered the phone when I called at 2am and gave me info immediately so that was great of them.
