"Had a blast at the Hardrock, but the shops and restaurants should either move to that Amazon technology where the stores are unstaffed if they can be. I wanted a bottle of water and couldn’t find a store to pick one up on the way out. Weird."

"The hotel was amazing! I was disappointed with lack of food choices and restaurants. While I was there the olive and fig was closed and there was only poolside snacks during the day. I was disappointed i had to leave the hotel to have a good meal including breakfast or lunch. I was offered a 30.00 credit but there was no restaurant to spend it at! Other than that, the restaurant had a very nice and friendly staff, and the room was great, and the pool was nice overlooking the boats! "

"Blinking blue light from the smoke detector in bedroom, ice vending machine didn't work on my floor, the shade in the bathroom couldn't come down, refrigerator has to be set all the way to lowest, if not, it'll freeze all of your food and drinks, didn't provide any cleaning supplies. The floors was a bit sandy. Overall, the experience of stay was great. The associates were attentive and professional. "
