"Most everything was satisfactory. Did not like checking in with a kiosk with someone that was hard to understand. Found hair in the bathroom but not a big deal. I also don't like being asked by cleaners if I'm checking out as im walking out."

Despite the size, everything was so cute, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly. We loved our stay and would happily come back again and again."

"The place is nice and close to Sedona . The staff are a bit underwhelming and not very welcoming. Checking in and out was not what I would expect for the cost of staying. I would also not call this place a resort . It is a small family hotel in a resort town. "
