Spacious, 950 sq. ft. ground floor condo with prime location at Sunrise Ridge Beachfront Resort with private beach & seawall access. Walk out your back door to your private patio and year-round hot tub, pool (seasonal) & fitness room. 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (plus a 2-person pullout), fully-equipped kitchen, TV’s with Netflix, in-suite laundry, indoor fireplace, and air-conditioning. We are well-suited for families with young children, but this space is very suitable for an adult group as well. Family games, books, and toys available. Pack & Play and High Chair available free of charge, on request.

5m to Parksville / 10m to Qualicum / 20m to Nanaimo / 1hr to Mt Washington / 2hrs to Tofino or Victoria

Great vacation!

Great getaway with kids! Ground level right across from the pool was amazing and proximity to the beach was great! The place was super clean and everything so neat, felt like a hotel!

Great getaway property

Great host, property as described. Very well equipped, lots of nice touches and amenities to make your stay nice. Rathtrevor beach is at the end of the property (5 min walk), and the swimming pool is just across from the suite. Particularly great for families, I would not hesitate to recommend this property. We were very pleased with our stay, thanks, Andrea!
