"Overall, my stay was okay, but there were a few issues that should be addressed. The shower handle was extremely difficult to operate and took a lot of force to turn on and adjust the water. The entrance door to the room was even worse—it was so hard to open that I had to use my shoulder just to get it moving, which was frustrating and unacceptable. I also think guests should be notified in advance if the property is undergoing renovations. It would have been helpful to know about the construction before arriving so I could set my expectations accordingly. With better communication and attention to maintenance, this property could provide a much better guest experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
