"It is a generally good hotel but not without some small issues. Stuff are villing to go some extra steps to help guests. For example, for us they opened the door between two rooms straight away (somebody came up with us to the rooms when we arrived even though we came after 11pm). The same person explained how to control air-conditioner. Issues: one elevator was under repair (i.e. only 2 out of 3 were working) and people had to wait, and sometimes go with the next elevator because the first was overloaded. Another issue, we lived on the 3rd floor (2nd if count the ground as 0) with windows to the big internal court and often somebody was smoking there, so we had to close our window."

"This hotel is a gem in Berlin Mitte. It is located just one tram station from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and about 20 minutes walk from Brandenburger Tor. The apartment was clean an cozy, the kitchenette had everything one would need for a nice and quick meal. The staff was very friendly, and helpful, we had a great time there!"

"Hôtel vieillissant avec peu de prises de courant pour charger téléphone et tablette près du lit. Bien situé avec un gym convenable. Pas de café dans la chambre et demande un extra pour avoir une cafetière dans la chambre. Serviettes de bain petites et minces qui ont beaucoup de vécu. Hotel de grande chaîne standard. Personnel très accueillant."

"We spent 48 hours in Berlin, and this was a great location for seeing the city. Really conveniently located for getting around, both walking to tourist sites and using public transport. We had a smaller room, which was fine for what was needed as we were mainly out and about. Can't comment on breakfast as didnt include in our booking so could explore more eateries in the city. Bar looked lovely but again didn't use it as was exploring outside of the hotel more! There was some noise from outside but no more than I would expect when staying in a major city."
