"We rented this house because of its location, only 2 miles into Gunnison. It also has a pond which was lovely. There were geese and ducks plus they have four goats and chickens. Our daughter and her three daughters were able to spend a couple nights with us. They loved it! They got to pet the goats, see the chickens up close so saw where the eggs were laid. "Joyful, comfortable, and peaceful are just 3 of the great adjectives that describe our holiday at the ranch. The cabin was like coming home with all the amenities. Not far from town, easy to find, and a dark sky for stargazing. The lovely terrace with a grill and plenty of seating for outside enjoyment only added to the ambiance of the property. "Pretty nice house that suited our needs very well and was located perfect for our needs. We were there for our annual fishing trip on the Gunnison and Taylor rivers. Unfortunately, the water was shut off to the entire neighborhood for most of our stay, no one's fault. We were offered another property but choose to stay and the management did a great job making accommodations to get us through the stay. Jenny was extremely quick to respond every time we need to communicate."

"Really nice house nestled in between mountains with great views. Very quiet location. We didn’t see another car until we got to the main highway the whole time we stayed there. The house is midway between Gunnison and Crested Butte. The house is a little off the beaten path but very nice nonetheless. The only complaint would be no televisions in the bedrooms but it didn’t bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again."

"The property was beautiful. The home is very lovely and roomy. I wasnt happy with the lack of cleaning. It was very dusty and stuffy. The fire place made a very load noise, so we couldn't use it. The Bbq grill was dirty. We had to do a mild cleaning before using it and the firepit was caked with Soot. Very dangerous level. The host was very Accommodatingand very pleasant. We truly enjoyed our stay. Its a beautiful location."
